First half was great. Second half was a bit slow. The performances were all based on re0enacting the movies.
Fantastic
by Shanrich on 2013-01-01Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5Disney on ice worlds of fantasy was amazing. My 3 year old son had so much fun seeing all his favourite Disney characters. The music and scenery were done so well. The only thing that could make it better would be if Cars had played a bigger part.
Disney On Ice - Worlds of Fantasy not as good
by areviewer on 2012-12-31Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5Worlds of Fantasy is more boyish this year. The second half is definitely too boring, the whole second half is about just 1 story and the story is no Fantasy at all.
Disney
by meone21 on 2012-12-31Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5When it has the word Disney in part of the name of the show... you cannot miss it... it's a hit!
A commercialized holidays show
by Streptococus on 2012-12-31Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5Yes, it's Disney. Yes, the kids recognized the stories and the characters. Yes the show was on ice. But that's it! Except for a few minutes with a large ensemble of actors on the ice, most of the production was about recreating scenes from the relevant Disney movies- most of them with very few characters. A mediocre spectacle, definitely not the tour-de-force promised.
Disney on ice experience - overall: OK
by rcasta on 2012-12-31Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5Things kicked off pretty good from the get-go. My 1.5 yr-old could not believe his eyes. Especially the second his favorite Cars characters show up. Their performance seemed short time-wise in comparison to Little mermaid or Tinker bell. That's when the show lost 'Houston's (aka my son's) interest. I think there is potential for a short, cool story surrounding these CARS characters other than fixing Mickey Mouse's convertible. Overall it was OK. This is also from a 36-yr old child (me) standpoint.
Disney on ice was truly magical!!
by Carebear333 on 2012-12-31Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5The show was great!! We took our 3 year old son, and he was wowed the entire show. It was well balanced with boy and girl characters, with my sons two favorite movies Cars and Toy story. We sat at the 100 seats - section 19-20 row 30 and we had a really good view of the show. The food was overpriced but the toys sold where not too pricy. I would defiantly go again.

Disney on Ice: Worlds of Fantasy was fantastic
by Somerset on 2012-12-31Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5From the beginning until the end we were captivated. I enjoyed it just as much as my 4 year old grandson.

The aerials were fantastic and loved by the kids. At times the action on ice was too intense for the youngest but was enjoyed once focus was maintained. The entire show was a very recommendable experience that every youngster should get at least once.
Another great Disney performance
by Florida on 2012-12-31Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5Just like each other year this show was excellent. Well maybe it was even better than previous years. The cars and tow truck on the ice and the special effects were true Disney high standard style. Children and adults had a great time. Great family tradition.
Disney on Ice
by RSoares on 2012-12-31Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5The show was great - but had many interruptions as people arrived late and was not able to enjoy the entire experience - there should be a cut off time so this is not constantley happening - I had to get up at least 6-7 times during the start of the show because people were late - very disruptive and not fair to people that arrived on time.

Super duper awesome
by JollyJ on 2012-12-30Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5This show had Cars, Little Mermaid, Tinkerbell and then Toy Story 3 after the intermission. My 6 year old has been to 3 Disney on Ice shows, and says this one was "super duper awesome" and just as good as the last two. We had a great time!

Very Girlie Girl
by TomBoyMommy on 2012-12-30Rogers Centre - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5There was not much for boys in this production. I think way too much time was spent on Barbie versus the main characters of each movie. (Woody, Jessie, Buzz, Lightning McQueen and Mater). This production needs to take some cues from Dreamworks How to Train Your Dragon production. There was so little lighting, props and puppetry that was used. I cannot see the need for the high ticket prices.
