  • Excellent discussion

Excellent discussion on what it means to be a good person and how to go about achieving that. And how we are all responsible for the downturn and the he’ll around us, cause we have neglected to strive to be the best we could be and tell the truth.

  • Amazing, highly recommend

It was surreal, seeing Dr. Peterson in person. It was an honour to see him on stage, pacing, stringing together his thoughts and articulating them in real time. By some stroke of luck he chose my question from the Q&A bank and addressed it so eloquently, as he would in clinical practice. He really fleshed out my dilemma and offered me priceless perspective. Highly recommend watching his lectures on YouTube if you’re unfamiliar with his philosophy. Can’t wait for his next talk.

  • I enjoyed the talk itself as well as the experience.

I enjoyed Dr. Jordan Peterson's lecture at Abbotsford Centre. The talk was about sacrifice, and he tied the story of Esau and Jacob into it. I would probably go again if I could. Beyond the talk, it was nice to see and chat briefly with people who similarly are or were inspired by Dr. Peterson. There are two things that can be improved. I sat in row 10, and the audio of the guitarist was too loud in my opinion. I was grimacing at times, even though the playing and music was beautiful. The location (Abbotsford) was also too far in my opinion as someone who lives in New Westminster. The bus service ended before the talk finished, so I wish a different location was chosen for the talk, but I would guess Abbotsford Centre was chosen for reasons I do not know.

  • JBP - always teaching me something

by Lady Godiva on 2025-04-07Brandt Centre - ReginaRating: 4 out of 5

Was a great evening in a format that I haven't been in since University. I needed to listen carefully, which wasn't hard because he had me hanging on every word. He's a learned man with a lot of education, both in life and higher formal, so can jump around a bit. It's nice to be challenged and he certainly did.

I wish there were more people like Jordan that could be spreading this information to the public. Our society and country are in a mess and nothing is being done about it at a higher level. We have become a Narcissistic and immoral society because of our leaders.

  • So much great information

Dr. Peterson gives another inspirational lecture. He built his lessons around the teachings in the Bible and relates them to real life situations and experiences. If you’re familiar with the stories of the Bible and looking for a way to lift yourself up, I highly recommend this show.
