  • The show itself was great

    by A on 2023-01-23Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

The show itself was funny and emotional. The sound quality was not great (the mic wasn’t on for some?). There were so many late comers and they were very distracting when they came in late after the first song.

  • Fiddler on the roof seats

by Mojie on 2023-01-23Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

The show was great. The seats are way too small and uncomfortable.

One of the greatest musicals of all time, executed flawlessly. Wish I could've gone again during this run.

  • Beautiful Production of a Timeless Classic

by Jasbir on 2023-01-23Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

This was a beautiful production of a a timeless classic. I am not Jewish. I am not Christian. I am an Indo-Canadian and practising Sikh. This story could have been about my family and countless others across the globe. Fiddler on the Roof is one of the few English language musicals that is truly universal. Brilliant mix of comedy and drama. Highly recommended. I saw this production twice.

  • Incredible performance!

by Liora on 2023-01-23Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Performance was incredible! Truly brought all the characters to life! The singing, dance choreography, set design were excellent. It was a captivating, poignant play that is unfortunately still relevant in today’s day and age. Highly recommend seeing it!

The production seems to not fit the stage however. Things were pretty crowded at times.

I so enjoyed the recent production of Fiddler on the Roof. From start to finish, it was completely captivating and I am so glad to have gotten to see this Broadway classic. My only regret is that I did not have seats closer to the stage in order to see the actors expressions. A must see event!!

  • Wow. Just wow.

by Jen on 2023-01-22Rating: 5 out of 5

This show was so incredible. I was 8 rows from the stage, front and center. And let me tell you, i will never forget this play. It was very lengthy but so worth it. The Chava scene is the best piece of theatre i have ever seen

  • Excellent

by Robert W on 2023-01-22Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

A first class show put on by an excellent cast. The story telling, sets, music, singing and dancing were great. It does a superb job of telling the tale of a small community of Jews in pre-world war one Ukraine that is so timely as it relates to the horrors faced by Ukrainians currently victimized by Putin and the invading Russian army. I would happily see this production again.

  • It was incredible!!!

  • Oh what a night!

by Bev on 2023-01-22Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Everything about this show was perfect. The cast, music, costumes, orchestra and were top notch. We were overwhelmed by the talent and especially enjoyed the choreography. It was truly an amazing experience. The beautiful tribute to the people of the Ukraine by Jonathan Hashmonay was emotional and well received by the audience. Many thanks to all for a fantastic evening.

  • The show was great, very professional.

I find fumbling for my cell phone for my "ticket" a real pain. I'd rather print at home or pick-up at Will Call but that is not allowed. Why not? Why are we forced to do what TicketMaster wants and not allowed to do as we prefer?

  • This musical never gets old…

Performance was flawless, decor simple but fully adequate. We saw the film 40 years ago, and will watch it again.
