About

Five Finger Death Punch are a heavy metal band founded in 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The band released their first album, The Way of the Fist, in 2007. Their 2009 follow-up War Is the Answer kicked off eight consecutive Top 10 releases on the Billboard 200, including three back-to-back No. 2 debuts for 2013’s The Wrong Side of Heaven, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 and 2015’s Got Your Six. Meanwhile, the group earned RIAA platinum certifications for their 2010 cover of Bad Company’s “Bad Company,” a 2018 remix of Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band’s “Blue on Black” featuring Shepherd, Brian May of Queen and country singer Brantley Gilbert and the 2020 single “A Little Bit Off” from the band’s eighth album, F8. Overall, 5FDP have logged 14 No. 1s on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. In 2022, the band released their ninth album AfterLife. Five Finger Death Punch consists of founding member and guitarist Zoltan Bathory, vocalist Ivan Moody, guitarist Andy James, bassist Chris Kael and drummer Charlie Engen.

Every single one of these acts were absolutely amazing Papa Roqch changed my whole opinion on them that night they were amazing five finger death brought the house down. Absolutely go see this tour if you get a chance.

  • Papa Roach stole the show

    by Guilty14 on 2016-09-23MTS Centre - WinnipegRating: 4 out of 5

Sixx AM was great, Papa Roach was frickin amazing. FFDP should watch Papa Roach and take some pointers. FFDP was low energy and had the crowd sing half the lyrics. Disappointing.

  • Crazy Show

by Dragana95 on 2016-09-22Northlands Coliseum (formerly known as Rexall Place) - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

This was one of the best concerts I've ever been too all the bands got the crowd excited and energized and then put on an amazing show. The only thing that was bad was the line for everything like always. Stood in line to get souvenirs for almost an hour after they opened the doors late so I missed the whole first act.

  • Papa Roach rocked the house!

by yogagirl on 2016-09-21Northlands Coliseum (formerly known as Rexall Place) - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

Having never seen any of the bands live before, I went to the show with a completely open mind, completely unbiased and ready to be entertained. Unfortunately we missed From Ashes to New and most of SIXX:AM's set, but what we did see of SIXX:AM was great. Next up, Papa Roach. I was not terribly familiar with Papa Roach, but they definitely won me over! Absolutely stellar performance, great energy, great crowd interaction. They truly seemed to be enjoying themselves and Jacoby had the crowd fired up right from the start. By far the best part of the night. They put everything they had into their performance, and their effort was well-appreciated by the raucous crowd. I was not terribly familiar with 5FDP either, but I love rock and roll and am not too hard to impress when it comes to live music, so I was fully expecting to be won over by them as well. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I felt that they didn't do much to build on the momentum that had been built up by Papa Roach. Too many lulls, too many times leaving the stage and letting the energy die. Then there were the kids. While I do think it's great that they acknowledge the kids and invite them on stage for a song, the song choice was completely inappropriate. I'm no prude, but "Burn Mother F'er Burn"? Really? Could they not have chosen a different song to perform while the kids were on stage? Not only did they perform this song with the kids on stage, but they also had the audience yelling it back. If I was a parent on stage with my child, I would have been embarrassed.

Good concert. did not enjoy the 2 hour wait for tshirts. We missed the first 2 bands cause we were waiting in line for merchandise.

  • This concert was amazing!!!

by EmmZy on 2016-09-21SaskTel Centre (Formerly Credit Union Centre) - SaskatoonRating: 4 out of 5

The energy coming from the bands was unreal. The sound was incredible! The security however was a little too strict about what we could do.

The whole show beginning to end was excellent. 5FDP particularly was one of the best performances I have seen. Their interaction with the audience felt real and genuine on an almost personal level. So cool that they brought all the smaller kids on stage. I'm sure it's something they will never forget.

  • great night out

by wwatrich on 2016-09-20Northlands Coliseum (formerly known as Rexall Place) - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

each of the bands were unique and didn't sound totally alike, but they all played good and worked the crowd.

  • FAtN, Sixx:A.M., Papa Roach & 5FDP: UNFORGETTABLE

The entire show was simply amazing! The energy in the event centre was upbeat, the bands had outstanding stage presence, and Canalta Centre staff were readily at hand. All staff were helpful and friendly. My ticket was upgraded for free!

I got the fortune of not only getting to attend the show in Edmonton, AB Canada but I got lucky enough to meet Sixx AM, AND Five Finger Death Punch at HMV in West Edmonton Mall the day of the concert. These men are handsome, so friendly and approachable and so talented, I was honoured to meet these gentlemen and would meet them again in a heartbeat if given the chance! Thanks for an amazing night FFDP! Love from a Westend Lady!!

SIXX:AM and Papa Roach were freaken amazing !!! They sounded so great and I loved how Papa Roach was in the crowd and gett8ing everyone involved. Disappointed in Five Finger Death Punch, thought the lead singer was rude and they didn't sound very good.

  • Amazing concert

by RogueWarrior on 2016-09-20Northlands Coliseum (formerly known as Rexall Place) - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

Best concert by far. Only downfall was when buying the Meet and Greet package. It says we have early access which didn't happen. Didn't get the crowd free merchandise shopping. Other than that it was amazing, would recommend this to everyone.

  • 5FDP amazing
