    Poor venue for this experience

by Aad on 2019-09-09Budweiser Stage - Toronto

I’ve been to the Game of Thrones Concert prior to this venue... and it was a far better experience. I would not attend something similar to this again at this particular venue. Sound quality was poor. I think indoor with a larger and better placed ( in the middle, with seats around ) stage was superior. I was disappointed.

Life changing to say the least

    by M. O. on 2019-09-09Budweiser Stage - Toronto

Pyro, smoke, and snow all with in a symphony? Change my life. Fantastic venue and great set. Scenes that were picked were the most popular ones and felt so much more impactful having the music be live front and center.

Amazing. Not quite as good as the Vegas show we saw during its first run but still unbelievable show.

    Great night of music

by Jamsie on 2017-04-05Rogers Arena - Vancouver

Very entertaining evening. Music was fabulous, easy to be distracting by the screens. Had to keep remembering to watch the orchestra :)

Game of Thrones a feast for the senses!

by Squirley on 2017-04-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

Praise to Ramin Djawadi for his brilliance in marrying his music to the Game of Thrones (GOT) stories. We journeyed through the seven kingdoms with scenes from the show playing on the overhead screens accompanying the music. The iron throne rising out of the misty stage gave me chills! And bravo to the local orchestra and choir accompanying his incredibly talented ensemble. The entire evening was a feast for all the senses as it took us all on a repeat journey through the seven kingdoms. The audience was engaged as was Mr. Djawadi, giving us insight into his musical genious and collaboration with Benioff and Weiss, creating music that is so unique and perfect for this incredible show. This was truly a treat for GOT fans! Well done.

    Truly Amazing Experience

by Musar on 2017-04-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

Words cannot express how great this concert was. For fans of Game of Thrones this was the ultimate expression of talent. Everything was perfect. The way the different smaller stages were set up, the light displays, the fire displays, the screens showing the highlights of each season. All incredible. Definitely the best musical experience we've ever had the honour and pleasure of attending. It took us several hours and a bottle of wine to come "down" after the huge high we experienced.

Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience

    by Rockchick1 on 2017-04-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

Absolutely fabulous! Great orchestra and choir that really enhanced the scene. A great recap of all 6 seasons prior to season 7. Great use of non-traditional musical instruments and the pyrotechnics to bring the scene alive. Too bad the concert wasn't sold out, they could have done a better job advertising the show so people knew what it entailed.

    Amazing music and show

by Nebula on 2017-04-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

This was easily the best concert I've ever been to. It was dynamic, creative and the musicians were spectacular. I heard instruments I never knew existed and the energy of the performers was beyond belief. I would go again and if they ever release a video of the concert tour, I'm going to order it.

AMAZING NIGHT! Best show to hit Vancouver!

by JeffStackhouse on 2017-04-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

Amazing night start to finish. Music was perfect, choir perfect, musicians all perfect and even sound was perfect which is unusual for a big concert like this. Ramin was so humble and kind to the audience. Good man! The effects were amazing. It snowed on us and there was dragons breathing fire as well as green fire! Every song from Season 1 to 6 done perfectly and it told a story even for newcomers to the series. If you missed out you will be kicking yourself big time. This was a once in a lifetime VIP rare event for the ages.

    GOT Experience???...YES PLEASE!

by missnik on 2017-04-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

I loved the show! the music was fantastic and loved how they used a local orchestra. The music was amazing and gave me a more deeper insight to the scenes of the shows they were showing with the music. It was really interesting to see all the different types of instruments they play and how they make the sounds and music that they do. I gave them a 4/5 due to the effects but really my rating is a 4.5/5 . I loved what they did with the fire torches for the dragons and the leaves and snow falling for the VIP people...... but I wanted more? maybe I got spoiled from other concerts who had more pyrotechnics but that could have been due to the arena that was used. I would go again for sure if it came again.

    Show on TV screen

by MrMariner on 2017-04-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

Could you imagine: you are paying for a live show with a live sound but watching a large-screen TV for a couple of hours? Musicians tried to play well and even chorus tried to sing something. However, all this stuff was combined with the movie sound and delivered as one "mechanical" sound flow. As a result, it was not understandable what all these people tried to do in a twilight under the large TV screen. I think this show might be attractive for the absolute fans of the Game of Thrones. They cheered when new hero from the serial appeared on the screen. However, I could not share their cheering.
