    Very good bands

by Booots on 2012-02-20Big Four Building - Calgary

Motorhead, megadeth, volbeat were great! The line for the men's washroom was consistently 20 min long. They needed to bring in porta potties.

    Bands were awesome!!!!

by biohazard on 2012-02-20Big Four Building - Calgary

The bands were great as expected. The venue detracted from the good time though. Huge line for the bathroom, getting in and beer. Also the dozen giant pillars throughout the venue made it hard to see the entire show.

    vampire rock still applies

by edmontonspecht on 2012-02-20Shaw Conference Centre - Edmonton

holy crap. original vampire Lemmy can still bring it. Motorhead's stripped down, bare bones set proves that they are still the kings of rock & roll in its purest form. Megadeth's Dave Mustaine presents much happier these days, but still delivers straight up aggression rock for the masses. opening acts Lacuna Coil & Volbeat have some mighty fine examples to learn from. expect Volbeat to make a valiant effort for world domination in the next decade.

Megadeth kicked ass as usual! 1 st time I seen Motorhead! Had to see them before they tipped over!! Awesome!! I am a new Volbeat fan! Got a couple of their CD's right after the show! Missed Lacuna Coil, didn't get there in time. Very good show overall!!! Don't miss it!!!

    Gigantour blew my mind!!!!

by Sambamm on 2012-02-19Shaw Conference Centre - Edmonton

My god. I've been to many many concerts and Megadeth just took my breath away. This was my first time seeing them live, ad they actually sounded better than what they do on CDs. Definitely a must see an I can't wait to see them again!!!!

    this was a good show

by joestrong on 2012-02-19Shaw Conference Centre - Edmonton

i only saw motorhead & megadeth. i was happy with the show & would probably go see them again but i must admit when it comes to megadeth i am so far out of touch with their albums of recent years. i have a few of their more modern albums but i have not really listened to them religously since countdown to extinction. i have seen them everytime they came here because the music always brings back memories but i'm really only familiar with their first 5 or 6 albums...

    Volbeat! Volbeat! Volbeat!

by TexBejesus on 2012-02-18Prairieland Park - Saskatoon

The whole show was great. Four stars. Volbeat put it over the top, giving it five stars for me. I anxiously anticipate a Volbeat headlining concert. I wasn't sure about the location at first, but it ended up being very organized. Looking forward to the next one.

Volbeat didn't play long enough. It started too early. Music was awesome.

Megadeth was amazing, but figured since doors opened at 6:30 I had the time to make it after work and not miss anything... arrived at 7:30 only to see half of volbeat and completely miss Lacuna coil. Of course the main band i wanted to see i missed, next time start an hour later and you can still be done by midnite!!!!

    Rocking Hard

by UncleMonkey on 2012-02-18Prairieland Park - Saskatoon

Great show. Lacuna Coil dazzled and Volbeat almost stole the show. Lemmy was Lemmy and Motorhead never fail to deliver. Megadeth had an amazing light show.

    Gigantour was Incredible!

by ZZaR on 2012-02-18Prairieland Park - Saskatoon

It was a 4-1/2 hour show and none of the acts disappointed! Lacuna Coil is an excellent opening act, Cristina's vocals are soothing, yet powerful! Volbeat is terrific! They had the crowd pumped with their "Johnny Cash meets MEtAL" kind of sound. Motörhead is... well, they're Motörhead! Loud, tight, precise, and unabashed Rock'N Roll, that's their sound! Finally Megadeth... Dave & the boys are a polished act! Their sound is quite refined having been around for 29 years. Good to see Dave Ellefson back in the band. \m/ \m/

    excellent show

by TimothyS on 2012-02-11Copps Coliseum - Hamilton

All bands were fantastic, the highlight being peace sells with vic rattlehead coming out on stage. The worst part was the slow admission to the arena which caused 80% of the people to miss the opening act!
