Absolutely loved Goh Ballet's Nutcracker. Was a first rate performance. Was a first time for my 2 granddaughters seeing a live ballet performance. We had excellent seats and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Had a wonderful time. Great experience to get you into the Christmas spirit. Loved it. Very, very talented cast. Had a smile on my face the entire time. And the music oh my gosh spectacular!!!
Orchestra was great, staff/service also great. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. My only complaint is about the seats, they are terribly uncomfortable; the theatre is in real need of a revamp.
Loves that it was a live orchestra - main reason we picked Goh over Royal Winnipeg. Would have been nice if there was an evening show on the Sunday. We could only make the Sunday matinee show and my partner who’s never seen the nutcracker asked if the performance was always with so many “kids” and I do agree it felt like it was definitely geared more towards children. Again, might’ve been since it was a day time showing. It was still beautiful and entertaining. My only complaint about anything is the Queen E theater in general which is the women’s washroom situation - what a nightmare!

I took my 10 year old granddaughter to see The Goh Ballet's production of "The Nutcracker"as part of her Christmas present this year. She had never been to a ballet before, but she knew the storyline and I have taken her to many live theatre performances ever since she was about 5 years old. We have seen some truly wonderful productions in the past, but this performance definitely rated Number 1 for both of us! She kept thanking me for taking her, and she absolutely could not take her eyes off the dancers throughout the entire performance! She loved the music, the costumes, the story, and of course, the dancing (as did I). I let her choose a Christmas tree ornament to keep as a souvenir of the day, and after much deliberation, she chose the Sugar Plum Fairy. It was lovely, and good quality. It was wonderful having so many opportunities provided in the lobby for keepsake photos (the backdrops, the sleigh, the nutcracker). It was a truly amazing performance that provided a cherished memory for both of us to enjoy forever! Thank you!

The props, orchestra, choreography, ballet dancers, were all fantastic. Of course, our 10 year old granddaughter danced beautifully as well! Wonderful experience! Can't wait to come next year!
It was my first time attending the ballet and it did not disappoint. Everything was amazing from the show, down to the photo booths and merchandise available for purchase. The show was breathtaking. Definitely will be coming back next year!
