    A great show right from the get go. Alpert showed amazing skill and agility, especially considering his age (90). Played for two hours, during he played most of his biggest hits, including a couple of curtain calls. Last tune played just as strongly as the first. Very talented back up musicians, including a young trumpeter protégé. I thought the marimba added a lot. Could not have presented a better show. Even took some questions from the crowd, so very informal evening. Man… can he still play!!

    This was an amazing performance all around, both by Herb Alpert, his band and a special performance by his wife . He is definitely one of the best, would see him again and again. Took my mother for her 93rd birthday and she was so impressed with the show ! Thanks for playing in Winnipeg ! All the best on your tour !

    Absolutely wonderrfull Missed his first appearance in Wiinipgeg in 1968 but this past concert made up for it. Still gaing strong, even at 91 years of age.

    An awesome performance by an iconic musician. Herb and his band sounded terrific at Burton Cummings Theatre. The acoustics were great and hats off to the sound man at the mixing console - superb job !!! Herb played his hits with a lot of style - hard to believe this gent is 90 - incredible !!!

    Herb Alpert and his Tijuana Brass put on a brilliant performance at the Burton Cummings Theatre in Winnipeg. Video show that accompanied the music brought back many memories. Amazing that a 90 year old can play so well. His banter with the crowd was very entertaining. A great performance by a very talented group of musicians. Feel very fortunate to have been entertained by such an icon in music history!

    The fact Herb Alpert is 90 years old is both astonishing and irrelevant at the same time. Note perfect, top talented 7 piece group, and played all the hits; superb sonically, very cool and entertaining vintage videos on the large screen of them performing many of the tunes while they performed them live. I can’t put into words how enjoyable this concert was for us.
