The HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series is one of the most dynamic global sporting events on the market, featuring the dynamism of sevens rugby, paired with a spectacle of entertainment and fan engagement that is second to none.
The 2019 Series will include ten tournaments held around the world, in which 16 national sevens teams compete for World Series points at each round. The HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series is culminated with a champion being crowned at the end of the season based on accumulated points.
There's sporting events. And then there's sevens.
HSBC Canada Sevens Vancouver will be the sixth stop on the 2019 series, played on March 9-10 at world renowned BC Place Stadium. Fans will be able to watch the dynamism of sevens rugby paired with a fun, festival experience. Don't miss out!

Had a seat near the center field. Wonderful view of all the action up and down the field. Able to watch all the teams come out the tunnel. Games were fast and exciting. Wonderful surprise to see Kenya in the final instead of the expected teams.
Great experience and atmosphere all around. Wasn't a huge rugby fan, but I am now.
The fans showed their appreciation of the great rugby being served up. Many entered in to the spirit of Sevens, by wearing some great costumes
It was good. Back to back to back games. Just enough breaks to grab a bite or toilet break.

This is our 3rd year and it believe it to be better each year. From the Rugby to the Crowd to the Venue it was an absolute amazing time. Old friends to new friends and family everyone is having such a great time it is hard to fault once you get use to the price of drinks. I can only wish, hope and pray that this event continues so more can experience the joy.
This is our third year attending the Rugby Sevens @ BC Place and it gets better each year. A fun and exciting weekend, with this year the added bonus of a great band to entertain !! Never a dull moment, you should attend you wont be disappointed.
Been 2 years in a row and the painful Sunday hangover is worth fighting through for the Saturday party and all the great rugby. I'll go again and again.
A great atmosphere. Over-priced concessions and over-zealous security staff on Day 1, put a bit of a negative on the overall feel/experience on Day 1, but the BC Place was "alive". We have attended all three years and will continue to support the Sevens series. Great job Rugby Canada.
Outstanding day of fast flowing rugby. The Fijian team was brilliant and thoroughly deserved to win. Most amazing though was the number of Fijian fans in the stadium. Top quality entertainment and a real party atmosphere.
Man such an awesome experience. Highly recommend for people to go. Think I'll go again next year!
45 games over 2 days is just amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the two days, but the seats get a bit hard by the end. Pity the boys and girls finals are not commentated on so that the public have some idea who is playing, and where they are from.
Fun to be part of. Fun to introduce new people to the event. Looking forward to next year.
This is truly one of the best sporting events - so exciting and fun. Lots if people dressing up in crazy costumes and cheering. The games are unbelievably exciting. Will go every year!

My 3rd time and its still great. Looking forward to next year. The venue is great and the facilities faultless. Lots of fun even if you are not that knowledgeable about rugby, 7s is easy to follow.

Great weekend all around. The atmosphere was exceptional due to the enthusiastic crowd. And the rugby is riveting. The between game entertainment was great and the band had the crowd on their feet singing and dancing whenever they performed. Our third year attending this event and we will be back next year. My only negative comment is that food and beverage prices are so high for what you get, especially because we spent two entire days there. But we knew that going in.

Me and Sir Gordon T. had a ball. Old and young fans such a fun easy going atmosphere. In and Out privileges make it pleasurable to have a better lunch in a choice of nearby restaurants.
