Il Volo Tickets

The show was amazing and I would recommend it to everyone. The live orchestra was an added bonus. I did not know much about Il Volo I just attended to keep my mom and her friends company. But they now have a new fan! Now, the venue whole other story...Place Bell Laval; HORRIBLE!!! I live 10 minutes away, took me an hour and 45 minutes to get to my seat. After waiting over an hour to get into the indoor parking just to see a sign 10 feet from the door telling everyone it was full! Probably the 1st and last time I ever go see a show there!

The show was excellent, however, the venue was under staffed and the staff that was present were not very helpful or familiar with the venue. Parking is also awful.

They are great, good vibes and very friendly with the crowds.

I only watched 1/2 show . Could not get handicapped parking. Very disappointed

My friend and I enjoyed il volo very much. Their songs brought me back to my roots. Reminding me of how beautiful classic Italian music can be. Very professional and exceptionally talented. They were the epitome of class,charm and charisma. I look forward to seeing them again in the near future.

Would go back again as it was a great performance!

The only problem we got was we were their at 6 pm and park at 8 pm, lucky the police came at 8 pm to save the delay. we miss half an hour of the show because of this problem. we notice we did not get the package who came with our ticket because we were so late. I would like to know how to get this package, I pay for it. thank you for your help.

The arena is new and has a warmer ambience compared to larger Bell Centre. I really enjoyed the show and the comradry that exists between all three singers. It makes the show a more personal and intimate experience. There could have been more ushers to help you find your seat, especially since it was our first time there and we were getting in during the second song so it was dark and hard to find and see the row letters (they seemed very close to the ground). We bought parking but were stuck in a gridlock for blocks around Place Bell trying to get into the garage and we were there early. That part was a nightmare. When we finally got into the garage, there were a lot of free spaces. The problem was outside and in getting to the garage. As much as I liked the venue, I will not return because of the difficulty in getting to the building parking. Very poorly managed.

stationnement - arrivée tôt ... no 1 Repas - Resto Gatto Matto -excellent service, superbe ambiance, bon repas Arrivée Place Bell - aide ... no 1 IL VOLO - que dire sinon que venue trop rarissime Son - alors là... gros problème. Son qui enterrait très souvent la belle voix de chacun du groupe IL VOLO Entendu beaucoup de commentaires comme quoi ne reviendraient plus à la Place Bell pour cette raison et vu plusieurs ( vraiment plusieurs se boucher les oreilles avec les mains. Désolant !! )

It was a very good show. We enjoyed it and they sang all the main songs- complete!

the concert itself was great - Il Volo are simply amazing!!! very talented and i would definitely see them again. my experience getting there was horrible. it took over 1 hour to find parking, and missed almost the first half of the show!! there was no personnel directing traffic or warning people that the parking was limited. after 45 minutes of waiting to get into the parking lot, we were told that there were no more spots and that we had to park near Amir, at the mall across the street! i was extremely frustrated and will make me think twice about going to another concert at the Place Bell.

Wow! Simply amazing to watch them live! Every song was unbelievable. Hope they will come back again soon!

Very disorganized & it was one big mess @ the doors The performance was too short hardly 2 hrs The VIP merchandise package was a scam Not worth the money

It took us two hours in traffic to get to place bell and the traffic was horrendous . People were walking in between cars . The parking was complete no parking anywhere . Bumper to bumper cars were coming from everywhere . Very stressful night . I missed a whole hour and a half of performance due to the traffic and no directives whatsoever . Very disappointed was not able to enjoy the concert to the fullest. Very unsatisfied and very poorly orchestrated . The concert of il volo was phenomenal as always . I felt like I threw away good money . Very very frustrated . I hope that for Eros I will not have the same problem . I have prepaid parking this time . I cannot wait to see my idol Eros ramazzotti.

Great show, spectacular performance by IL VOLO. BUT: access to Place Bell in Laval was a complete disaster. Something has to be done either by Place Bell or by the city of Laval to direct the traffic around this building before and after the show. Access to parking lot was also miserable. This problem was so major, they had to delay the show for at least 40 minutes because so many people were waiting outside in their cars to access Place Bell and find a place for parking. This was my first time at Place Bell in Laval, and probably my last !

Never made it to the show. Wasted 45 minutes in traffic around the place bell. Parking was full. Last time for place bell. Shows of this type should be in montreal, easy access to parking and public transportation. Sadly we missed the show.

What a beautiful evening with these young men, their voices are amazing and they made us travel through different generations of music. Excellent spectacle. Erano bravi, grazie Gianluca, Piero e Ignazio per una bellissima serata!

The show was amazing. The only think is the parking. When a person prepay parking 4 months in advance and then you have to wait over 50 minutes to enter the parking this in my opinion is not acceptable. Very very poor parking staff. Mike
