    Imogen Rocks

by chicksfly78 on 2009-11-27Queen Elizabeth Theatre - Toronto

This was the most interesting concert I've ever been to. I've loved listening to Imogen Heap on CD but to see the amazing creativity she and her band mates put into making the music made the experience 100 times more brilliant. Her voice is beautiful live.

    Imogen is amazing

by Jennalynn on 2009-11-27Queen Elizabeth Theatre - Toronto

Imogen Heap is a revelation. her music is imaginative, evocative, rich, and yet she writes about ordinary things, like hoping everyone will get along at holidays, or wishing you hadn't gone to that party after all and rushing to get home. seeing Imogen live is incredible, because you understand how layered her music is, the weird and wonderful instruments she uses, and how powerful, tender, delicate, wispy, and strong her voice is. it's rare that an artist's most popular song is performed in a room full of fans who know every word yet are so enraptured by the artist that they remain silent and just listen instead of sing along. she is also completely adorable and charming, chatty and entertaining between songs. if you have the chance to go see Imogen Heap, GO. you'll fall in love with her all over again.

    Creative and Wonderful

by KnightVert on 2009-11-27Queen Elizabeth Theatre - Toronto

From the 2 opening acts (who help to form Imogen's band, playing weird and totally wonderful instruments, tech and noise makers?) to the final touching piano song, this concert was a fantastic journey through the creativity of electronic music. Combining incredible musical talent, inspired electronic looping and technical wizardry we were treated to a journey through a range of styles and emotions featuring not only tracks from Imogen's new album Ellipse but some old favourites from her back catalogue. Moving seamlessly from rocking tunes to sensitive and emotional songs Imogen keeps the audience engaged with her fun and quirky presenting style. Do not miss her in concert. Stunning.

Not much for reviews but I felt I needed to write one after going to see Imogen. She was a delight to listen to. She kept me entertained the entire 3 hours along with her guests. I couldn't of enjoyed the show more.

    fabulous duet !!

by CiGi24 on 2009-10-15Queen Elizabeth Theatre - Toronto, Ontario Canada

I was amazed to see that Imogen Heap was comming to Toronto, My Brother who is in a band in Pererborough called "Tripsonix," did a remix with Imogen Heap on the song "Hide and Seek", it is just them harmonizing with no music, You have probably heard it on the airwaves. It would be great to see him get up on stage with her and do their duet together!! Look up the song anywhere you can download music, there are a few versions of the song but this one is acapella, no music!! let me know what u think!!
