In Flames and Killswitch = love

by Goober on 2009-09-29Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

Incredible show! High energy, clear sound, LOUD sound. Only downside was the amount of idiots in the mosh pit. 12 year olds should not be moshing. All the bands had such an incredible level of energy and put on an impressive, interactive show.

    Unreal!

by PGJord on 2009-09-28Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

This show was amazing! totally worth the 10 hr. drive from PG! Even from the stands, but if you love to rock out, make sure to get floor tix as the stands can get pretty stifling really quick! Hope In Flames is comin back asap when they finish the new one!

    Killswitch Engage was Amazing

by SagSnowBunny on 2009-09-23Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

I have seen Killswitch Engage 2 times in Vancouver! The last venue did not give the band the sounds quality that they needed! This this time it was awesome!

In Flames is amazing....Killswitch was bearable

by maidenlover on 2009-09-20Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

Once again In Flames put on an amazing show. WOW Never before have I gone from liking a band to having little to no respect left for them...but Killswitch has done it. When they were playing they were great but the on stage antics were way over the top and proved that their music is sub-par. If you have that much time to goof around on stage, you obviously are playing some simple songs.

by Meridem on 2009-09-19Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

Amazing concert overall. Every band put on an awesome performance and rocked the crowd. Lighting and stage setups were also very well done.

    Awesome show!

by shewolf on 2009-09-19Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

I have never seen Killswitch Engage live before so I had to go to this show, I have seen In Flames before and I know they are amazing live. Killswitch put on an awesome show, very energetic guys and funny too! The stage setup was pretty cool and they interacted with the audience alot which I thought was cool. In Flames were incredible, which I already knew from last time I saw them, they have an amazing stage presence and his voice is like no other! I would definitley reccomdend this show to anyone whos a fan of heavy metal!

by Lassam on 2009-09-19Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

WOW!!... First time I could actually say I enjoyed ALL the bands on the bill... The show was GREAT, from beginning to end... only downside was a relatively short set by In Flames or at least it seemed that way... Can't wait to see these guys again!

    good show

by avengeance on 2009-09-18Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

good show all bands performed well. worth the high ticket price if you like most of the bands. vocals could have been louder for all the bands since the music was slightly too loud and overpowered them.

    Killswitch Engage Dominates the Show

by PiercingGuy on 2009-09-18Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

Two very entertaining bands last night. Both bands played a great show, however, killswitch engage had a much more consistantly better energy. Between the guitarist egging on the crowd with his antics and the singer running up and down from two stage platforms, they ripped the place up.

    Protest stole the show

by phallicAggression on 2009-09-18Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver

I mainly went to see Protest the Hero, but I was very impressed with all of the other bands too. BTBAM was 10x better live than on CD, and there was just a ton of energy from KSE and In Flames. I would definitely again if these guys all paired up. Like the usual Canadian pits, it was a blast, and it was friendly as you pushed and got pushed. Of course, I went to see Protest The Hero, and they did not let down. They really put it out there and it was great fun, and the mid-set banter was also very entertaining. The ONLY part of the night that was a letdown was the fact that one of the band members of PTH got sick so they cancelled their after-show signing. Major bummer, but nothing that anyone could really affect. All in all, a great night!

    Saskatoon show

    by Bullet321 on 2009-09-15Praireland - Saskatoon

Great band. Extremely tight band. Sounded excellent live. The supporting groups were Killswitch Engage, Protest the Hero and Between the Buried and Me. Top to bottom the bands were top notch metal. Killswitch had to quit early because Howard got the flu or food poisoning. All in all a rockin' good time!
