Stellar performance from beginning to end.

I had never heard of Veil of Maya. But they were very energetic, played a good set, and will be getting more of a listen from me. The bassist played his 7 string bass and commanded stage presence well above that of the average bass player.
Trivium played a great set with the exception of one song, caustic are the ties that bind, which was well below the level of talent those boys possess. Matt was sporting a mischievous grin, like he had just crop dusted his band mates, for most of their set. The bass player was wearing some god awful vest with a popped collar and was awkwardly moving out of the way of the others most of the time.
In Flames were nothing short of amazing, as expected. They played a great set list that could have only been made better by adding satellites and astronauts. They worked well together on stage, only having to avoid colliding with each other while laughing a couple of times. Some of the breaks in between songs seemed a little too drawn out, but Anders kept talking to the crowd and having fun.
