James Blunt (aka James Hillier Blount) lived all over Europe as a child with a father in the British Army Air Corps, taking piano and violin sessions and later learning guitar and writing songs as a teenager. After graduating from the University of Bristol, Blunt served six years in the British Army and was stationed in Canada, Kosovo and Switzerland, achieving the rank of captain before he left the army in 2002. The next year, he signed to Custard Records and starting recording his first album in Los Angeles. Back to Bedlam came out in 2004, with five singles including “High,” “Wiseman,” and the smashes “You’re Beautiful” and “Goodbye My Lover,” and received five Grammy nominations. With his endearing voice, poignant and sincere lyrics, and catchy pop-rock sound, Blunt’s debut has sold over 11 million copies. His second album, 2007’s All the Lost Souls, produced the hit “1973,” and 2010’s Some Kind of Trouble featured “Stay the Night,” “So Far Gone,” and “If Time Is All I Have.” The folky lead single “Bonfire Heart” premiered in October 2013, a few weeks ahead of the release of his fourth and latest album, Moon Landing. With a world concert tour planned for 2014, this charming crooner is set to dazzle ticket holders across the globe.

Great show! The only negative thing is no big screens so you can only listen, not see up close.
J’ai adoré le spectacle de James Blunt🎶♥️ Il est génial dynamique et très près de son public et très drôle Il a même parlé en français pour notre grand plaisir.
Didn’t have a giant screen. Couldn’t see the performer from where we were
I loved the show! Great singer and hit songs from beginning to end !
The show was fabulous. James Blunt was full of energy and he was interacting with the crowd. He spoke a perfect french during the evening and we loved it. Very charismatic and a great showman. Highly recommend.
It was a great show, he’s an exceptional performer! Forest Blakk (the opener) was also phenomenal! Amazing experience in its entirety.
I’ve seen all of James Blunt show in Montreal/Laval. It was nice seeing him again after a long time! He’s so good! This show took me down memory lane for sure! Can’t wait for him to come back.
I haven’t been to a concert since Covid so it was absolutely fabulous to get out in the crowd. Place Bell was great seating ; very comfortable and the show was fabulous. James Blunt rocks.
What an absolute showman! James Blunt was incredible! Wasn’t ready to be singing You’re Beautiful 2nd song in lol! Loved that he did Back to Bedlam front to back. Massey Hall couldn’t have been a more perfect venue for him! I’m happy I went to what will probably be his last tour!
Remarkable evening at Massey Hall. Forrest opened the show impressively. James followed with an (almost) two hour set...rocking the house and entertaining all. The only 'sour note' - the house staff allowed patrons attending to 'crowd the stage', blocking views of those in the first two rows...who had paid handsomely for the privilege of 'sitting' through the concert.
No words for how amazing this show was. It is rare to see such a candid musician who pours himself into every song. He played for close to two hours and probably would’ve kept going if he were allowed too. He’s funny and sounded just like the studio albums. I consider myself a casual fan but am now blown away and will go again. Also he’s touring his first album. This is really cool and allows you to get into the headspace the artist was in when they wrote it. I can’t recommend this tour highly enough. The musicians in his band are super high calibre and the organ player was particularly great. Lighting design should highlight them more because behind James there were these very good musicians and they should be recognized too.
Amazing performance by James Blunt and Forest Blakk.
Bought the tickets while on a road trip with my husband back in October 2024. Plan was to see James Blunt with him. Sadly in that time my husband was diagnosed with aggressive small cell lung cancer, stage 4, with a timeline of 4-6 months. He passed on June 1st😢. I know he would have wanted me to still attend, so I brought our 24 year old son along. It was bittersweet, especially when he sang Monsters. We enjoyed the show very much.
James Blunt was absolutely incredible. Super high energy and played amazingly!!!! Ticketmaster up to then usual. Our seats were absolutely obstructed view and it said nothing of the sort anywhere on the ticket before purchasing or while I had the ticket.
I can’t say enough good things about James Blunt, thus is the 3rd time I have seen him. He never disappoints and can’t wait for a chance to see him again. Although I wasn’t familiar with Forest Blakk I have become a fan and will be on the look out for any concerts by him.
Seeing James Blunt live has been on my concert bucket list for years, and I can honestly say it was so worth the wait. From start to finish, the show was nothing short of amazing. The venue itself was perfect—no matter where you were seated, it felt like you were up close and part of the action. That intimacy really added to the experience, making the connection between James and the audience feel even more special. James Blunt was everything I hoped for and more. His vocals were just as beautiful live as they are on his albums, and he brought so much emotion to every song. But what truly surprised me was how funny he is. Between songs, he kept the crowd laughing with his quick wit and hilarious stories. It wasn’t just a concert; it felt like a comedy show and musical performance rolled into one. The atmosphere was electric, the crowd was loving every minute, and it’s clear James has a real gift for making people feel both moved and entertained. This concert was an unforgettable night, and I’d see him again in a heartbeat
