  • Good show

by sandrea on 2010-12-01The Centre In Vancouver For Performing Arts - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

If you like visuals... the visuals on the projection screen are the best I've ever seen at a concert... even tool. The band itself is solid and sounds not unlike a Led Zeppelin CD. The singer sounds exactly like Plant. And some of the old footage Jason shows is cool. He's very sentimental.... it's cool. You have to take a couple of songs to get over the fact that they aren't Led Zeppelin and have no hair but once you do and can thoroughly enjoy the show.

  • AMAZING

by GracieLou on 2010-12-01The Centre In Vancouver For Performing Arts - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience was AWESOME! The sound was great! His drumming was RED HOT and the lead singer was nailing all of Robert Plant's high notes. The guiters were phenominal as well!!!

  • Bonham "so amazing we're off to BC for last show"

by stratmandan on 2010-11-25Centre in the Square - Kitchener, On.Rating: 5 out of 5

If we were at all a bit skeptical of what we might hear, all of that just vanished within the first few riffs that ripped from the stage. I swear we were in awe to the very end. Jason, thank you man for doing this!! It was such an honour meeting Jason before the show and even though his traffic delay almost made him late for the show, he still came out to see us and sign some stuff quickly before engaging in his performance. I have to agree with other posters, if you closed your eyes, you would swear the original band was on stage in front of you. Every single member of this band is absolutely amazing. And I must add, Tony Catania literraly blew me away; he has Page's sounds down like no other I've ever heard. Jason of course is an awesome drummer and truly a fine gentleman. The moments he played with his dad during the show were tremendously emetional. You could clearly hear that Jason was playing from his heart and in fact, so was the entire band! We were so pumped after the show, we ordered another vip package for the last show in Vancouver, bought airline tickets and off we go this Saturday from Toronto for the Monday night final show. BTW, this is our 20th anniversarry celebration and gift to ourselves!

  • Led Zepplin Experience well done!!

    by Stickboy49 on 2010-11-23MTS Centre - WinnipegRating: 4 out of 5

Saw the show at the MTS center in Winnipeg. Jason and his band did a great job playing a lot of the songs I wanted to hear. The vocals were that of a young Plant at times. The guitars great!! And the drumming well what can I say Jason was very good. Was it Zeppelin? No. But if you closed your eyes the experience was felt. The home videos were a great added part too the show.

  • Sounded exactly like Zeppelin

by AdWW on 2010-11-08Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Jason Bonham and his band sound exactly like Led Zeppelin. They play all of the classics and more obscure songs but everything sounds just great.

  • Jason Bonham was the new Led Zeppelin!

    by LavalChick100 on 2010-11-08Métropolis - MontrealRating: 5 out of 5

it was like going back to the days of Led Zeppelin; it was an amazing show! The feelingin the Métropolis was electric. Way before the show even started, there wasn't even standing room. I would highly recommend another venue once they return, which THEY HAVE TO.

  • The Son Retains The Game

by bayoubunny66 on 2010-11-07sony centre for the performing arts - torontoRating: 2 out of 5

Having seen The Zep back in the day and various attempts by Jimmy and Robert to recreate the magic I was looking forward to seeing what young Jason would make of his opportunity to recreate the Zepplin Experience. Sadly I was disappointed. A lot of time and money had obviously been spent on an amazing selection of stage effects but it was a bit like watching a TV special in a really big rec room rather than watching, and more importantly, listening, to a Zep cover band. The band tried their best and had a good sound but were overwhelmed by the nostalgic ambience which only served to show what we were missing.

  • the closest to the real Zeppelin!!

by Jake599 on 2010-11-06Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

WOW, it was AMAZING!! this is the closest that my generation will ever come to seeing Led Zeppelin. the drumming was phenomenal!! So was the guitars!! Plant has an impossible voice to copy but the singer did an excellent job!

  • An Experience, a New Desciple is Born

by OldRock on 2010-11-04Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I took my 11 year old daughter. She loved it. Finally I may have converted a Jonas fan to real music. The show was great. The singer threw a curve on the first song; I was worried the guy wouldn't even sound close to Plant. Second song, he let loose and was on key for all of the show. Great job by all musicians. Highlight for me was when Jason intro'd the song and said he had never played with his dad. They split the screen and showing vintage footage of John playing and Jason playing live in sync. Must say, squeaked a tear out of me on that one. Go see it, you could not be disappointed.

Unreal & amazing, LED ZEPPELIN Nation still rocks. Fans old & young I think had the time of their life that night, unforgettable night. NOT that I needed that as an excuse to make me feel any younger BUT it recharged & energized me like no other concert experience. Everytime I listen to Led Zeppelin I want to hear more & more.

  • Truly a Zeppelin Experience

by DawnRae on 2010-11-01Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

What an amazing show! Jason Bonham was every bit the talented drummer that his father was. He was personable, interacted with the audience and the entire band gave an unforgetable performance.

  • An Experience of a Life Time

by Anonymous on 2010-11-01Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

This was a fantastic show performance. Highly recommended. I purchased meet and greet vip tickets that were well worth the extra money. The only down fall to the vip option was that I never received details of when the M&G took place thus having to go to the venue several hours early to inquire.

  • Thank you, Jason, for sharing your love to LZ!

by fiesta on 2010-11-01Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

It was the best concert I ever had! I had no chance to watch Led Zep live, now Jason made my dream come true. Doesn't matter there was none from the band on the stage. The atmosphere was thrilling, and it's more important!

  • a real unforgettable Experience

  • Bonham was thunderous!

    by Ddan68 on 2010-11-01Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

The show went well and Jason Bonham himself was intense and showed just how appreciative he was of the crowd's love of his father. On many occasions he expressed his own love for his dad and was very sincere. His band played well and his guitarist emulated Page very well. The show was spirited and very loud. The criticism I have is that the sound was too loud and it seemed to increase as the show went on. Evidence of that is that the lead vocalist was struggling to rise above the volume. All in all, it was a good show.

  • Great Show

by PeteC on 2010-11-01Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

I thought it was a great tribute to Jason's father. The sound was good, I wish I had seats in the lower area so I could see the video show.
