Great Show! Never heard the original group, but if they sounded better than this, they must have been truly amazing. The audience loved them.
Excellent Show! Passionate, genuine performance by a band that appeared to be having fun and were gracious with the audience. These guys are not only talented musicians that can pull off Led Zeppelin's music, they have a stage presence that's inviting, warm and friendly. It wasn't hard to get wrapped up in their excitement.
Will never get to see the real band, Jason and the band did an excellent job. Led Zeppelin was one of the best bands of all time. Had a great time.
We thought this concert was amazing! It sounded identical to the original! My boy friend says this concert was right up there with AC/DC! Rock on and we would definatly go again.
The concert was out of your seat great entertainment, definitely the next best thing to the actual Led Zeppelin.
Jasson Bonham's LED-ZEPPELIN experience was excellent ! A must see for any ZEPPELIN FAN. The very best thing to the real thing !
Great artists all of them. Sound was very good. Live video cams had a slight delay. Rock on brothers and thanks for the eargasm.
And what an experience it was! This was a tribute to John Bonham, Jasons dad and the music that John helped create. If you are a John Bonham fan and a Zeppelin music lover this is the show for you. The whole crowd was on their feet singing and dancing and having a good time. The band as a whole was very good. They played Zeppelins music with respect and soul. If you are on the fence about this one don't be just go and you will not be dissappointed!
The best concert I have ever seen. Huge Zepplin fan! Fantastic musicians, fantastic tribute. (we are not worth)!!!!!
a concert my wife was skeptical to see ,but was thoroughly impressed as was i. stunning vocals and instruments.lead guitarist was amazing as were all members of the band .well done and looking forward to a return date
Super Tight Band. I've seen old Led Zeppelin footage and was not impressed with the way the vocals didn't sound much like the albums. This band was on the money the whole night! Jason did a great job of picking talented musicians. First time I've been in the front row at a concert and found the sound had a bit to much bass and could have been louder - but might have been better farther back. It's the closest you can get to seeing Led Zeppelin. Glad they didn't have a warm up band so they could play more songs. It gave me a much deeper respect for the Zeppelin songs I normally skip over. Some cool home movie footage playing on the back drop screen. No explosions or stupid costumes, just great music. One of the better shows I've seen. I will definitely go again. Hope they come back. Great to see a show that I could afford to take my 3 kids to. $70/seat for front row!
This was the best concert Ive seen this year at Brant Ctr. The sound couldn't have been better. I don't understand why it wasn't SRO! Thanks for making this possible Jason.
Only because he is the son of the great John Bonham can he charge that amount for doing cover tunes. Don't get me wrong. Jason Bonham is a talented drummer and he put together a very slick, great sounding, very tight act, and the little insights ( and I mean very limited) into the band and his father were neat. What I'm saying is, if he were not related to John Bonham, he would be the leader of a Led Zepplin tribute band that would have a hard time filling bars for free unless there was a drink special.
The band was amazing in that they clearly have made the effort to play the songs faithfully note for note. Although I missed the little trick JP used to do with the bow and a delay pedal during Dazed and Confused it was made up for by the Theremin during the Whole Lotta Love finale. One downer though was the volume. I know LZ needs to be played loud BUT the sound system should have been considered more carefully. Rather than using the PA the set up was much like the old "wall of sound" from the 70's except that instead of the wall being a series of Marshall amps at the back of the stage, this wall started at the edge of the stage with a bank of speakers on each side PLUS a series of abount 16 10 inch speakers across the front of the stage. All well and good except for those sitting in the front row (like me) these speakers were directed exactly at head level and positioned 2 feet from my ears. Very difficult to enjoy the show when constantly checking your ears for signs of blood. Other than that a very good show though I could have done without the overly sentimental commentary on the home movies.
outstanding tribute to his late father and what a show!! the band was outstanding and while Jason might not be John Bonham (on drums) he's darn close....what a drummer!!
It was touching, they sounded bang on like Zeppelin. it was so good.............. I was front row and centre and it was awesome........ i just absolutely loved it. I didn't want them to stop. They did an excellent job and John Bonham would have been so proud.......... Denise
I really enjoyed the show and would see such a show at least once a year if litely tweeked.....Doesn't hurt good old RRRRockkkkk keeps the memory flowing
As a die-hard Zep fan, I was going for the Jason's drumming and tribute to his father, not knowing anything about the other band members. THE ENTIRE BAND WAS INCREDIBLE!!! WOW WHAT A SHOW!!! They all were right on, and not seeing the original band together other than video, if you want , all you have to do was to close your eyes (as the band aren't look-a-likes) and let your yourself go to another time as the experience would surely be what it would have been like with the real thing. THANK-YOU JASON AND YOUR BAND FOR A TRUE ZEPPELIN EXPERIENCE!!
I arrived not knowing who I was going to see, apart from Jason, and left feeling that I had had a true Zeppelin Experience. The players were true to the music and rarely wandered from covering the originals the way I had heard them on LPs. Jason did a great job pulling together musicians who could truly pull off imitating some of the best players and singers on the planet. Jason also showed how accomplished he is on the drum kit and would have made his father proud. If they returned, I would defintely see them again and recommend them to any lover of rock and roll.
If you like rock and roll or your a dedicated LZ fan don't miss this show. One word to say EXCELLANT
