OMG he was awesome his voice is just like an angel he touches everyone through his songs it's a must see i would go back in a heart beat but front row this time !!

Would go again anytime. This is one of the best shows I have seen. I believe he could play on the pop charts as easy as playing on the country charts..

This was my second time to see Johnny Reid and am going again in September. I think he is the best singer/entertainer I have had the pleasure of watching live. He interacts very well with the audience, sings clearly and has a reason for many of the lyrics in his songs. Wonderful Smile!!.

Its one of the best concerts I've been to. My only dissappointment was that he did not stick around to do any autographs. I saw him previosly in the high school gym in McBride, BC. Because it was a much smaller venue then, he took a lot of time to autograph/talk to fans afterward.

Can't wait for his new album next month. He's the best.

I didn't want to go but yes my wife made me......hold your comments. But to be honest, he put on a truely amazing show and I would recommend anyone to see him and I would go again in a heartbeat.

Good show that started promptly to a sold out house of appreciative listeners. Though most of the crowd were middle aged women on a girls night out there were a smattering of men to hear Johnny's Scots brogue as he charmed the audience with his familiar ballads and homey tales of his Granny. Though married with kids and sporting his wedding band, there was a steady stream of women plodding their way to the stage for that one special shot on their cell. The crowd was polite enough not to complain as gaggles of grannies refused to sit down while obstructing the view. Johnny was as energetic as ever as his sweat soaked shirt attested to when he peeled off his jacket halfway through through the 90 minute show. Johnny had left the floor to grace the upper level with a close up look while singing an old favorite. Lots and lots of crowd interaction as Johnny presented each of his large back up crew and musicians. Ever soulful this crooner shares his homey tales to an appreciative audience.

A tremendous voice coupled with tremendous energy makes going to see Johnny Reid well worth the effort.

Being at a Johnny Reid concert is the most amazing experience. Not only is he an awesome singer but he is a definite crowd pleaser. His voice pumps you up and his lyrics touch your soul! Johnny Reid is the whole package. He's beautiful to look at, he has the most amazing voice, he's a family man, a spiritual man and he loves his fans. I have seen him 8 times and can't wait until the next show in September. I have taken friends with me that did not know is music but are instant fans when we leave the concert!!! I've met him twice and he is the most down to earth performer to meet and talk to and I hope he never changes!!! If there were more than 5 stars on this rating he'd get them all. Johnny Reid is the ultimate performer!!!!!!!!

Johnny Reid is the most awesome singer ever. The way he connects with his audience is unbeliveable. I love how real he is, and how obvious it is that his music comes right from his heart.

Johnny Reid definately need to hire a new sound board tech!!!!!!!!

Oh wow this guy is amazing. His love for music definitely shows in his performance. His moves on stage and his love for his fans are truly fantastic. He enjoys what he does and his music is heartfelt. The crowd loved him and was in awe. Hardly making a noise. All I wanted to do was stand up and dance in my seat, but the people behind me wouldnt be able to see, so I sat and danced in my seat. His band was excellent, and his voice was incredible. I would love to see him again.

Saw him in Vancouver for the Olympics (free) The BEST ever but this was a good second.

Johnny Reid and his accomplished band provided 90 minutes of high energy music and showmanship at Westerner Days last night. Noted for his crooner tunes, Reid didn't fail the crowd as he spun his folksy homilies of family and experiences between songs. Each band member was individually highlighted with a chance to strut their stuff. Johnny left the stage and roved to the nosebleed section carefully avoiding the middle-aged Johnny Jumpers immediately in front of the stage. Despite their best efforts to catch his eye by obstructing others views and calling out to take off his shirt - Johnny kept it a class act all the way. Crowd connection peaked in "Dance with Me" and "Today I'm Gonna Change the World," this Rod Stewart soundalike demonstrated his finely honed patter without missing a beat demonstrating why he is Platinum Certified.

Johnny Reid put on an awesome show in Red Deer! His incredible voice, stories and backup band were entertaining and fun for everyone who was in attendance! Johnny worked the stage and the crowd, dancing and singing his way into the crowds' hearts. The time flew by much too quickly!

We drove from Calgary to Red Deer to see Johnny's show. It was worth it. We bought tickets late therefore didn't have the best seats but it didn't matter as Johnny put on a fabulous, entertaining, heart felt show! He puts heart & soul into his show and loves his fans. I may see if I can find tickets to his sold out shows in Calgary in September! His 10 member band is awesome too! Loved the sax player!

It was an awesome show. I wished he would have played kicking stones but other than that it was excellent.
