3rd time seeing her and she again blew my mind! Amazing show! Words cannot sum it up. Come back soon!!!
I am a long time concert goer, and always up for something different. Juliette Lewis is my favorite actress, but I had no idea how amazing her singing voice was. From her sequined pants, to her unbelievable stage presence, Juliette and her band will be remebered by me as the concert of the decade!! I missed her last time because she was sold out, but this time the club was barely half full (perhaps the long weekend had something to do with it).
Juliette put on yet another high-energy, unforgettable show. Love love love it!!
I got to meet Melissa Auf Der Mar. That was awesome. Band of Skulls and Juliette Lewis were great too. If people have a problem with Band of Skulls sounding like The White Stripes, that's just tough. People should copy things that are good, not things that suck.
Simply the best concert I've ever seen. Sincerely. Fun, Loud, Energetic, Engaging, The crowd was in the palm of Juliette's hand for the entire evening. She was funny, brilliantly funny, and adorable. Thank you Juliette for infusing us with your big heart. It was an awesome and sober night.
Juliette Lewis, with the Licks or without, is one of the best shows!
there is no denying that juliette lewis is a rock goddess. she commands the stage with the expertise reminiscent of mick jagger and iggy pop. and has the pipes to boot. she gives a theatrical performance and reaches out to her audience. while she is the star of the show, there is always such unity onstage with her band. i will go see her everytime she comes to town. the only reason this particular show didn't receive a five star rating from me has nothing to do with juliette's performance. it's because the sound wasn't the greatest. i was standing by the sound booth and had to hold myself back from tapping the sound tech on the shoulder to ask, 'why don't you do something about this?' the opera house has a great sound system and it should have been better.
