Katy Perry is a globally renowned pop artist and 13-time Grammy nominee. She began her music career as a gospel singer before making her pop debut in 2008 with One of the Boys. The album peaked in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 and spawned Perry’s first No. 1 hit with the Grammy-nominated "I Kissed a Girl." Perry quickly skyrocketed to pop icon status, achieving unprecedented success with her 2010 album Teenage Dream, which hit No. 1 and earned a Grammy nomination for Album of the Year. The album also produced five consecutive No. 1 singles with “California Gurls” (featuring Snoop Dogg), “Teenage Dream,” “Firework,” “E.T.” (featuring Kanye West) and “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.).” In 2017, Perry made history by becoming the first artist to earn three RIAA Diamond Song Awards for “Firework,” “Dark Horse” and “Roar.” Perry now has seven diamond-certified titles. Her distinctive style, blending provocative lyrics with catchy pop melodies, has made her one of the best-selling music artists in history, with over 70 million albums sold worldwide. Beyond music, Perry has expanded her career into television, serving as a judge on “American Idol,” released her own fragrance with Killer Queen and was the subject of the 2012 documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me. In 2024, Perry released her seventh studio album, 143, which features the lead single “WOMAN’S WORLD."

Took my 11 year old daughter, and we loved it! Great singing, dancing, loved Katy!
Katy Perry is an amazing performer! Loved every minute of it! Can't wait for the next one!!
The first part with Janelle Monae was alright, but I am glad she kept it short. The DJ was ok but really by that point all we wanted was for Katy Perry to come on. Her part of the show was amazing and if she ever comes back to Edmonton, as I hope she will, I will be getting tickets as soon as they become available!
Katy put on a huge show. It was definately one of the best I have ever seen! She could have had a better opening act. Janelle Monae is kind of strange but she is better that Cee Lo would have been. I would go again! Show was July 19 2011
Her opening acts were fabulous, DJ Skeet Skeet kept the momentum going... her sets were amazing.. it smelled delicious in the arena, costumes were great, dancers were amazing their "break down" sequence was awesome. She is extremely personable and got us involved, awesome live singer... the movie that played out the entire theme was a great bonus... cant wait to see her again!
Amazing Concert! My two friends and I wore matching wigs and got upgraded for free from our seats in Section 210 to all access stage passes. It was an unforgetable night. Katy interacted with the audience so much and called a guy up on stage to be her Seattle boyfriend, kisses were exchanged! Then she called up a bunch of people from the crowd to dance with her during her cover of I wanna Dance with Somebody. The grande finale shaving cream shower was the perfect end to a ridiculously fun night! Must see this girl live!
Katy Perry's concert last saturday in Calgary was outstanding. I took my 2 daughters age 9 and 14! They absolutely LOVED it. She was gorgeous and sounded amazing live. Dance crew, set, videos, etc. FABULOUS! We drove 8 hours to see her and it was worth every penny!
Loved the show! Great costume changes and the finale was awesome! I had pit tickets and had a fabulous time!
Katy Perry at Key Arena is Seattle was BEYOND amazing! One can not imagine a better concert! There was everything -- INCREDIBLE singing (as good, if not BETTER than on CD) on stage antics and audience interaction, incredible staging, choreography....just brilliant!
Katy Perry's concert in Vancouver was amazing. Of 11 concerts I've been to, this would definitely be one of the best! From the very beginning, it was fun! They had a cupcake set up that you got to line up to take a picture on, every picture was so cute! The arena even smelt so good like cupcakes and cotton candy. Then, once Katy Perry's cute little story video started up, the crowd went wild! And when Katy Perry opened with Teenage Dream, she sounded amazing, as she did throughout the rest of the concert. She's even prettier in person too. She kept the crowd going, and there was never a dull moment, even through the acoustic part of the show. Katy even made it feel very personal when she was speaking to the Vancouver crowd. She shared her stories of being her in Vancouver, what she'd been doing here and really made us feel loved and special! I was told the show was going to be mostly visual, with different outfits, and amazing decoration, which it was, but the sound was great too. She never failed. I would go to her concert again anytime, it was an awesome and unforgettable night. Exciting from the opening with Teenage Dream, right down to the finale with California Girls with TONS of confetti. LOVED this concert ♥ Only bad part... my throat hurt afterwards from screaming and singing along so much! =) Haha, all in all, I advise anyone to go see her perform.
More than just a concert, this gal can act and brings in the audience. Sound, dancing, set, show, costumes and all was very entertaining and fun to watch and listen. What talent!
Katy Perry and her opening acts were amazing, i loved the show!
I personally did not like the opening act. I dont think that she was the best opener for Katy Perry because she did not pump up the crowd and best as I thought. There was also too much time between acts that i felt people were getting restless. When Katy Perry was performing, that was the BEST Part....her stage performance, story line and stage set up was unforgettable. She really got the crowd pumping and interacted with the audience many times. I would go back and see her in a heartbeat!
I just have to start by saying this was the most amazing concert experience ever. Katy perry is all about the fans and giving them a show. I really enjoyed the special effects and the storyline that was created. Also the fact that once you walk into the arena the smell of cotton candy filled the air and set the mood for the entire evening. Katy was very personal with the crowd and even invited a group of kids onto the stage for her rendition of "I wanna dance with somebody". After the song she took a picture with one girl and took time out to make sure her fans got the best show. I would throughly recommend seeing this show if you get the chance because you will not be disappointed.
such a GREAT show... I just love love love her... she really put on a well thought out, entertaining, talented, fun concert! ♥
It was an amazing concert from start to finish!!! Katy Perry was awesome
Considering the audience was full of very young girls...was great that she kept her language clean. Interactive with the audience, friendly, charming. She sang well live...which was nice. Great show...good value for the entertainment provided
The show was great, a lot of screaming female fans, and great theatrics.
Katy Perry not only sang and danced, but kept it interesting and fun!
katy perry was amazaing after seeing britney the week before katy blew her out of the water. in my opinion it wasn't even a comparison. i was even more surpisesed to see that katy was for the most part a family friendly show.
