Katy Perry is a globally renowned pop artist and 13-time Grammy nominee. She began her music career as a gospel singer before making her pop debut in 2008 with One of the Boys. The album peaked in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 and spawned Perry’s first No. 1 hit with the Grammy-nominated "I Kissed a Girl." Perry quickly skyrocketed to pop icon status, achieving unprecedented success with her 2010 album Teenage Dream, which hit No. 1 and earned a Grammy nomination for Album of the Year. The album also produced five consecutive No. 1 singles with “California Gurls” (featuring Snoop Dogg), “Teenage Dream,” “Firework,” “E.T.” (featuring Kanye West) and “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.).” In 2017, Perry made history by becoming the first artist to earn three RIAA Diamond Song Awards for “Firework,” “Dark Horse” and “Roar.” Perry now has seven diamond-certified titles. Her distinctive style, blending provocative lyrics with catchy pop melodies, has made her one of the best-selling music artists in history, with over 70 million albums sold worldwide. Beyond music, Perry has expanded her career into television, serving as a judge on “American Idol,” released her own fragrance with Killer Queen and was the subject of the 2012 documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me. In 2024, Perry released her seventh studio album, 143, which features the lead single “WOMAN’S WORLD."

Energetic show! always something happening. Highly recommended!!
katy perry was awesome! the concert was definitely worth your money! she was really funny too..and took the time to talk to her fans in between songs.. she was really nice and sweet! LOVE HER!!! <3
We had an amazing time at the concert. What a show!!!would definately go see her again!!!
the show started as I expected 9-ish! she sang all her hit songs and the "unplugged" moments when she sang her other fave songs by other artists was really tasteful! not a lot of swearing on stage as there are lots of kids! kudos to her on that! overall, i enjoyed the concert from start to finish! definitely i would watch another katy perry concert but would think twice about gaga's!
Amazing, she entertained and didn't leave us dissapointed. You could tell she cares about the show and cares the fans are having a good time. I will def be taking the family to see her again.
Katy perry is very talented she sang eac song very well. There were also many effects which were amazing!! I was amazed every time she did a wardrobe change especially in one song where she did over 10 changes very cool. I had tons of fun can't wait for her to come back to Toronto :)
Amazing Show! Visually stunning, lots of costume changes, great energetic music..Katy did an awesome job! Loved the Bubbles, Beach Balls, confetti, fireworks, spray foam, the floating cotton candy!
Awesome fun and fiesty show! Filled with surprises.
Fantastic show ..very entertaining! She really has a great voice :)
Katy put on a great show to bad we could barely see or hear her from where we sat.
the best concert in a long tim, katy was excellent, never boring and put on an amazing show, all the songs were different and she sounded good live
The opening act was ok. Katy Perry definately put on a great show. Very colourful and entertaining concert. I loved the story that took you on a journey from song to song. The costume were beautiful and plentiful. Very well done costume changes...so many costumes,I lost count. I especially loved the peacock costumes! The dancing was great. This concert defianately exceeded my expectations.
Had a great time. Went with my kid and this was our first pop concert (previously went together to see KISS and ACDC). I am used to seeing bands like Van Halen, Aerosmith, Rush, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Motley Crue, Alice Cooper etc and it was a nice change of pace to listen to some upbeat unpretentious music where I could actually hear what the singer was singing for a change. Contrary to many copmments I have heard, she can actually sing and wasn`t too bad. I couldn`t detect any hints of autotune at least. I'd probably go see her again on her next tour as I like the music. Stage show itself was fairly good considering this is an act with only two full cd releases to draw a set list from. Was a bit slow during ballad/Katy's karaoke portion but as mentioned before she doesn's have 20 albums of material to draw from to make it a set full of only hits. But if she can pull off another cd with 5 number one hits to follow up Teenage Dream that will help a lot.
I loved every second of the "California Dreams" tour when it came to Toronto. I last saw Katy Perry in her "Hello Katy" Tour, and I must say, she has transformed herself as an artist in an amazing way. Her opening act was "Marina and The Diamonds" and she/they were amazing themselves. I am now addicted to the song "Girls" thanks to this tour :P Then Katy Perry took the stage, and from the second the lights went off all 14,000 people knew they were in for a real treat. She used an awesome storybook/wizard of oz story line, with her songs always going back to that storyline. She was funny, sweet, and put tons of energy into her show, energy that some "super star" pop stars are lacking. Every second was entertaining, and worth every penny. :D SOOO happy, and can't wait for her next Toronto visit :D
Great show, loved the setup, and Katy's energy. I'd see her in concert again.
I sat at the very back in the last row possible. Regardless I still throughly enjoyed this show. From the starting of the opening act to the end of the show I was totally entertained. Katy followed a story that connected throughout the concert and made it interested to see how the songs flowed. Her set was creative and glamourous! I would recommend this show to any pop music fan!
Katy's show was a wonderful display of her incredible talent. Her wizard of oz-ish slash willy wonka and the chocolate factory show was a showcase of song, dance, theatre, and katy's amazing vocals and sex appeal. Katy did not disappoint. She had many wonderful surprises, and she kept the hits coming and there were many.
I bought the tickets on the day of the show, we went and thoroughly enjoyed the show. She was great, her band, dancers and back up singers were also great. Just amazing all around. She's so adorable!!!
Took my 8 year old to the concert. She had a great time except for the fact security wouldn't let her stand on her chair so she could see the show. That's what we get for having floor seats, everyone stood up for the whole show. I have too admit that I enjoyed the show myself. This was worth the money and Katy is the real deal. I was impressed with her singing and playing and the overall production value of the show both visually and sonically. A few questionable lyrics for young ones but other than that I would highly recommend seeing this girl.
