Katy Perry is a globally renowned pop artist and 13-time Grammy nominee. She began her music career as a gospel singer before making her pop debut in 2008 with One of the Boys. The album peaked in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 and spawned Perry’s first No. 1 hit with the Grammy-nominated "I Kissed a Girl." Perry quickly skyrocketed to pop icon status, achieving unprecedented success with her 2010 album Teenage Dream, which hit No. 1 and earned a Grammy nomination for Album of the Year. The album also produced five consecutive No. 1 singles with “California Gurls” (featuring Snoop Dogg), “Teenage Dream,” “Firework,” “E.T.” (featuring Kanye West) and “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.).” In 2017, Perry made history by becoming the first artist to earn three RIAA Diamond Song Awards for “Firework,” “Dark Horse” and “Roar.” Perry now has seven diamond-certified titles. Her distinctive style, blending provocative lyrics with catchy pop melodies, has made her one of the best-selling music artists in history, with over 70 million albums sold worldwide. Beyond music, Perry has expanded her career into television, serving as a judge on “American Idol,” released her own fragrance with Killer Queen and was the subject of the 2012 documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me. In 2024, Perry released her seventh studio album, 143, which features the lead single “WOMAN’S WORLD."

omg this was sooo goood she is amazing i loved it soo goooood
I love Katy because I see her as a crossover act balancing between pop and rock. If you are a rocker you should love this show, if you love to dance you will love this show. Both her guitarists are superb. The lead guitar reminded me of a Brittish rocker, visually great moves and a great clean textured style. Her stage set was elegant and very functional with a great group of talented dancers. The underlying theme (done in movie) was a little like Alice in Wonderland and cutsie but hey, that is not a complaint. Lastly I'd like to plug Marina andthe Diamonds (from London). Great music. I bought her CD as soon as I got home from the show. It was a great pairing of a lot of talented folks.
Katy Perry knows how to put on a show. Wish I was in better seats...
Katy Perry was great! Her voice and choice of songs were worth watching. The costume changes during the song Hot and Cold were unbelievable. Opening group Marianne and the DIamonds got boring. DJ in a concert is a first.
Katy Perry is a woman who knows how to put on a show! The stage was set up beautifully. Compared to her album, she sings just as good, if not better, live. Absolutely amazing, definitely should see at least one of her concerts. Can't wait until her next visit to Toronto, definitely going to go!!
Katy's performance was very well put together for an arena show. She sang very well, I was not disappointed with her energy and personality. The set design and effects were great, including Katy floating through the audience on a cotton candy cloud, fireworks and 'whipped cream" cannons. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because there were a few too many cover songs rather than Katy's original material including "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" by Whitney Houston. The rest of the crowd seemed to respond very well to those songs though.
Spectacular show. Katy Perry is a delight to watch. She is wonderful performer and how can it be wrong when her music just makes you want to get up and dance. She truly appeared to be having a great time and totally enjoys performing.
I have been to many concerts.. Katy you were awesome... I will definately come see you again...
Katy Perry is the best singer ever. She is awsome.
Katy Perry's performance kept us entertained to the end. Her voice and acting was outstanding
It was fun, interactive, colorful, and really memorable! i'll definitely attend again the next concert katy perry will have in toronto!
great concert from start to finish, Katy was upbeat and sang her heart out for the crowd, really enjoyed the music, dancing and positive energy. loved it.
Great show!!! I was totally surprised by Katy's performance.
The concert was unbelievable. It honestly was a concert I would go back and see over and over again. She kept the audience entertained for 2hrs straight with her videos and songs, etc. Her stage was hilarious with all the decorations and the stage show was something else!! I didn't know people could dance like they did or bend. hehe
The concert was excellent!! katy put on an amazing show and we enjoyed every minute of it. Very pleased with the venue and the amount of security and smoothness of everything.
We were looking forward to Katy Perry's concert in Toronto. Was expecting a concert pumped with energy. We were sadly disappointed. The concer t moved at a very slow pace! To many slow ballad songs in a row. Katy did not know how to work the crowd. We were glad when it finished. Will not go and see her again!
AMAZING! Katy Perry was soooooooo GOOD! And the best part was, she actually sang...EVERY song! LOVED it!
I really enjoyed Katy Perry! She was very entertaining and the costumes were very amusing to witness. Her skit movies that played were very cute and allowed the audience to have something to look and pay attention too while she changed and the set changed.
I have been to many concerts in the past 37 years and took my 12 yr. old daughter to this concert, I have to say it was one of the best concerts I have seen. It was more like a show than a concert. She put so much effort into her show, the audience went crazy. Props, costumes, dancers and more, well worth it. I would go again tomorrow. Will definately go again next time she's in Toronto.
Katy Perry's show was as pretty much what I expected. Colourful, Fun with plenty of costume changes. I enjoyed the Alice in Candyland Theme of the show, and the little movie that ran through the show.
