    Woooo!!!!

by Scotty B on 2023-06-03Commodore Ballroom - Vancouver

Made a “sick day” trip from Kelowna to Van for the show, first time ever at the Commodore Ballroom. Awesome. I came for Sepultura but loved everyone. Kreator even played my fav song of theirs, Betrayer. Sepultura was intense and made the show but, I was stoked to hear Dream World. Didn’t see that coming, futz cowboys! I’m near 50 so I feel fortunate to see all my high school favs from the day through my 40’s and these bands were 3 more still ripping hard plus the bonus of Dream World. Old and young in the pit and it was good to see kids still slamming to what we old peeps went mental growing up to. I will be back. Thrash on…

Great venue. Killer show: Death Angel tops for me— the guitarist was a shredder par excellence!

I've seen Kreator 6-8 times. For those who've seen before, no surprises. This is straight up metal. Fast, hard and furious. For those new, buckle up

    Accept were excellent

by Thunderstone on 2012-09-18The Phoenix Concert Theatre - Toronto

I haven't seen Accept live since 1985 when they opened for Dio. Now almost 30 years later and it's as if no time has gone by. With a high energy set focused mostly on the 2 new albums (can't blame 'em the new albums are great) the guys in Accept put out a lot of volume and showed us they can still rock. Wolf Hoffmann proved to be the focus of the show with his ever present Flying V and his amazing lead work. The new singer Mark Tornillo fit right in and pulled off some classic Udo-era Accept such as Restless and Wild, Metal Heart and Fast as a Shark. The musicianship was tight and precise and bombastic. An excellent show. Can't wait to see them again.

I was there to see Accept. I don't know Kreator at all. Accept was playing very well. It is a shame the show was not advertised, I almost missed it. Small venue, not even sold out, but a nice show. After second Kreator's song I left, I didn't like it.

    Metals Finest

by Johndave on 2010-03-10The Opera House - Toronto

I am always excited when I walk the final block to a extrordinary Metal show knowing im about to get a treat. Especially when it is at a decorated place like the Opera House and this time with some of my favorite bands like Lazarus AD, Evile, Viovod, and Kreator. Since LazarusAD played first, I was late coming from London, ON and missed their set. This was very disapointing when I showed up because I know they put on a great show. I am mainly a guitar player and this was one I did not want to miss. I showed up just in time to catch the last 3 songs of Evile which, if you've even heard Evile their songs were played with perfection! The next band was a German band which I forget their name but it stood for Black Mystic just in German. They were apparently a psychedelic metal band. They were great and they had a very unique Style. Voivod is a Trash Band straight from the 80's. They seem a lot more progressive now, which in my case works for them because they have a very unique drummer, a hard to beat bassist and a rippin lead guitarist who together, in my eyes, have came a long way from their first album. Their singer was a great front man who has a really good voice. He holds front stage stongly with the seriousness of a metal singer topped with a little humor. Then for the Main Event KREATOR. I would always suggest Kreator if you into hard Metal, wicked Drums and awesome lead guitar solo's, not to mention the traditional tight bassist always rockin out. Mille Patroza has the hardest, heaviest stage present I have ever seen. His German anger, awesome solo's and practiced stage play makes his show a great one in the eyes of thousands of metal fans.

    KREATOR

by Emira on 2010-03-10The Opera House - Toronto

Yes it was a great concert. All five bands put on a great show. I can't believe the concert ticket only cost $30CAD. The mosh pit was very entertaining.
