Great concert...but bad crowd management by centre Bell. Lionel and earth wind and fire brought back nice memories

I've been a fan of Lionel Ritchie since the early days of the Commodores! He is an incredible artist, performer and song writer. He did not disappoint! Earth Wind & Fire were very good but sadly the sound quality for their set was poor.

La soirée à TRÈS mal débuté. Les gens entrent dans le centre Bell mais impossible d'aller aux sièges. Foule très dense. Fais chaud, les gens s'impatiente. Une chance que c'était pas un show métal parce qu'il y aurait eu du brasse camarade. 0/10. Après environ 20 minutes, on a pu monter à nos sièges. EWF c'était magique. Un enchaînement de chansons extraordinaires. Avec un crescendo magnifique. Mon évaluation 9/10. Je ne met pas 10/10 due au son qui n'était pas super dans les hauteur. J'avais l'impression d'écouter le spectacle de la salle à côté. Pour ce qui est de LR, trop de mélange mélodie et rythmé. Debout et assis. Mais tellement class Lionel. J'aurais préféré moins de Commodores, le medley était de trop à mon goût. Mon évaluation 6/10

What a performance at 74 years old. The same energy as 1984 Olympic closing ceremony in LA with the «  All night long «  Merci Lionel

My friend and I enjoyed the concert but unfortunately the musicians were too loud and overpowered the singer’s voice for Earth wind and fire as well as Lionel Richie. The best moments were when Lionel Richie was alone at the piano. The visuals were great

The sound was perfect for Lionel Richie's performance, the visual effects were amazing, the atmosphere was electrifying. Lionel Richie gave a grandiose performance and was in really good shape. I just loved him. Earth, Wind and Fire performance was great but the sound not that good.

A walk down memory lane where we all found love, dance, funk a one hell of a party night! If I can be just half energized as Richie and EWF oldest band members were when I’m in my 70’s, I’ll be a happy camper! Thank you that memorable night. Felt like I was 18 years old for a night!

Malgré son âge avancé, Lionel était vraiment bon. Les chansons choisies étaient parmi ses meilleures. Il aurait cependant en faire plus de lui-même que des Commodores. Le son en haut n’était pas terrible. Les paroles arrivaient avant la musique. Les techniciens des lumières n’étaient pas au top non plus. Les chanteurs de Earth wind & fire n’étaient même pas éclairés au début de leur prestation. Le Centre Bell est loin d’être la meilleure place pour un spectacle de musique. À améliorer!!

Earth, Wind and Fire and Lionel Richie delivery in a trip to the past.

Lionel Richie is unarguably incredible and a bonafide superstar! It was such a treat to see him perform live. The video montages and light show added a measure of fabulousness to the whole experience. However, I found the sound muddy and deafeningly loud (both for EWF and Richie) and the instruments drowned out the voice & particularly the words to the songs. That for me was very disappointing and took away from the absolute pleasure of the experience.

Very nice...entertaining and enjoyable. All the songs that I expected were played and sung beautifully.

The music took me back to times when life was easy, easy as Sunday morning. Lionel's voice is still as wonderful as it was and the concert was amazing. Still rocking at this stage in his life!!

Amazing artistic performance! He kept everyone on their feet.

I have seen Lionel Richie multiple times. He never disappoints if you are looking for an evening of feel-good vibes. He loves his audience, and his audience loves him. There were a couple of musical twists that I really enjoyed this time out. He threw a couple of chords of Van Halen's "Jump"into "Dancing on the Ceiling", and he had a nice mash-up of the Ohio Players' "Fire"with his own "Brick House". Nicely done.

The show was great. It was my first time seeing Lionel Ritchie and he didn’t disappoint. He’s an exceptional entertainer. EWF has been my favourite band for years. Loved every minute of their performance.

Lionel's voice is certainly not what it used to be so the concert was very disappointing. I'll go back to listening to his CD's and enjoy his sound. Most of the concert seemed to be him shouting, the last few songs my daughter thought he was lip syncing not in time.

Great show! Lionel sounded great, engaged with the audience - I didn’t want the show to end, I wish he could have played ‘all night long’
