Great show and performances! Brings back wonderful memories!
The show was amazing. Lionel delivered. He was engaging and entertaining. My friends and I sang and danced and had a blast.
Wow I didnt want to miss seeing Earth Wind and Fire. They were a power house of energy. They had everyone up on their feet. They played a solid non stop set over and hour. I expected Lionel to be great but it was much more than I expected. His personality really came across and he was humourous and playful. Outstanding musicians especially the sax and bassist. I had good seats but it was too crowded with some super size people crowding. I will buy an aisle seat next time. The small bag policy was problematic and I saw most just ignored it. The iphone 13 pro doesn't fit in Scotiabank regulation size. I will get a see thru bag nest time. Wait staff at food vendors were fun and their were lots of ushers helping people to their seats. The light show was an unexpected pleasure. I choice my seat in 106 to be far enough from amplifiers to enjoy the show. It was wonderful/ I know it was sold out but surprised Toronto radio stations not playing more of the music. The only problem was accessing the prepaid parking at Royal Bank Plaza. My printed ticket didnt scan not wallet scan so attendant let me in. Concert ran long and I could not access the elevators to get back in so had to walk down the ramp. That was a bummer !! Then same nice attendant had to buzz me out. I might uber next time after the parking fiasco!! everyone should get out and see more live music. maybe get Tower of Power as an opening act.
Very good concert. The atmosphere was electrifying. However, Earth, Wind & Fire did not perform some of their greatest hits, like, "Reasons".
Earth, Wind and Fire was great but Lionel was exceptional! He gave us a bit of The Commodores so it was literally a 3-in-1 concert. I loved every minute of it.
Lionel Richie is sheer talent and he simply knows how to entertain and keeps his delighted audience actively engaged. Throughout the concert, I found myself singing, tapping my feet if not dancing with everyone around me. The energy was palpable and the crowd just loves the non-stop party. Thanks to Lionel.
EWF put on a great show as usual, one of my favourites and have seen them several times. Lionel Ritchie was a hit with the audience right from his first song, couldn’t believe how many people were singing right along with him…his background screens and whole show setup was fantastic … was a great nite!!!
It was an amazing event, I enjoyed every moment of it. The stuff was amazing, so helpful upon arrival as well at the time when the concert was over. The parking was smooth, greatly appreciate how it was organized. Looking forward to go to the next event.
As a teenager in the 70s, the music was fantastic thanks to groups like Earth Wind and Fire and Lionel Richie, and this concert did not disappoint! They were energetic and interactive with the crowd. The light show was fantastic as well. It was non stop action until the end. Thoroughly enjoyed myself to me back to younger days.
EWF performance was electric & high energy. Great performance! Sound system during Lionel Ritchie’s performance did not appear to be properly tuned. Sound was too loud and at times seemed out of sync with the singer.
Very enjoyable upbeat show Let’s if singalong Please stop the political commentary Just do your job
I was so impressed with the show. Earth Wind and Fire were great. Lionel was amazing. He’s such a showman. Just love him!!!
Excellent Concert. Earth Wind & Fire awesome and 3rd time seeing Lionel Ritchie Live and he is on fire! Would go again!
Such an impressive performance for their age! I will never get tired of their music! The lights and videos shown on the big screen enhanced the show. The break/ intermission can be cut shorter.
Lionel still has the voice and personality to deliver an amazing performance. The stage lighting, screens, and sound was excellent. It was a concert which had the whole crowd singing along. Well worth it.
Lots of fun, they still have tons of energy. So glad I went
This concert reminds of a timeless period of my life, the 70's Decade. The Toronto Star summed it up perfectly. I was impressed of a how amazing of a performance EWF And Lionel Ritchie provided to their loyal fans that evening. EWF were so tight in there singing, music and choreography of all those timeless songs. It was such a pleasure to experience a Lionel Ritchie concert Live. I was amazed of how strong and range of his voice at this stage of his life.
Awesome performance and experience. He played all the hits from the Commodores to his solo career. Definitely he didn't disappoint.
Lionel Ritchie is such an incredible human. Talented, thoughtful, kind and loving. He is a role model of everything a man should be. He did not just sing to us but poured his love into the crowd. Was so good to hear songs way back from the Commodore days. Great night!
Lionel Richie and Earth Wind And fire were amazing.
