Louis C.K. Tickets

I was introduced to CK by a co-worker. I heard some of his best bits about deer, cinnabon and children. I was excited to sit in row three when he came to Calgary. His facial expressions alone were well worth being so close to the screams blaring out from the speakers. Despite starting a little late, I still enjoyed his show. However, he seemed to have "mellowed" a bit from the clips I have seen on You Tube etc. he didn't swear as much and I really didn't laugh very much during the hour long set. I loved the fact that he does not hold back about any subject, nothing is sacred to him. That is the mark of a true comic. In CK's words "I don't give a ......" Religion, children, race, class. Everything is fair game. A new fan of CK should see this tour, but a veteran like myself, may be a little dissapointed.

Louis CK was phenomenal, really great performer! Transitioning could've been stronger in a couple of spots, but he had the audience captured most of the time. Like the title says, I nearly cried, on more than one occasion. He's classic and crude and ridiculous. Loved it immenesely. Wished he was playing more near by.

This event kinda sucked being at Mac Hall in fold up seats set up on the floor, but the show was really good. Fresh material made us laugh so hard we cried, then went home and licked my dog's teeth :P

I found Louis CK quite crude, not really my brand of humor. I enjoyed the evening, but I would not see him again.

This show was offensively funny. It gave me my ab workout for sure.

Despite the fact that he came on half an hour late, he made up for it in a 1.5 hour set of consistent funnies. Most of his jokes were cracked at himself, but still completely enjoyable and absolutely entertaining. I would not only recommend his show to everybody, but I would recommend to a broadcasting network to get this guy his own talk show. Eat your heart out Conan!

Tickets did not indicate that it was adults only event so I took my 15 years old daughter with me. She is a big fun of Comedy channel. It was a mistake! Lots of swearing and sexual contents. We left after about an hour. He was also late to start his program (about 20 min) and this did not impress me. It was a good show for adults.

Louis CK is so great live. All new material made his show really fantastic. If you like crude humor, he is a must see.

One of the best live comedy shows I've seen so far, Louis CK was hilarious, I could not stop laughing. He's not very well known as some of the other comics, but I highly reccommend watching his material. I hope he comes back to Calgary soon!

Louis CK was over 20 minutes late. He came out on stage and immediately commented on how he didn't care much for being in Calgary. His jokes although witty bordered on racism. I did laugh however but not a $35 ticket laugh. I would've liked to spend about $15 for his act.

Show was awesome, location was a little dated but Louis made it worth it.

Louis CK is one of the iconic stand-up comedians of our time. He entertained us like nobody else can. Great show and highly recommended to everyone!

Louis CK, was as funny as we had hoped, just wish he could have come to Saskatchewan saving us the drive. I hate when artists just skip over us like we are not even here. Oh well he was great.

He is brilliant, albeit cynical Worth double the ticket price

you go and laugh at pure funny, you come out fullfilled warm feeling of funny.

Louis CK continues to write new observational comedy material every year that is edgy and funny. Having seen his HBO specials, I was impressed with his live performace and felt I more than got my money's worth!

Great show! My favorite was his bit about his kids...a very funny, wonderfully crude at times, teddy-bear of a man who tells the truth.
