The guys really brought it, rocked the crowd and had a message at the same time. Great venue
BEST concert I have ever been to! They were energetic and entertaining. Kept the crowd on their feet and having fun.
Amazed by their ability to go for almost two hours with no break! I loved their renditions of some of my favourite songs which sounded different live than on the album. Loved Macklemore's stories to the audience which were alternately personal and funny. Would have loved to hear more of my favourite songs: Thin Line, Neon Cathedral, Starting Over, Gold, Cowboy Boots, Castle - but some aren't good for arena format. Really terrific show that we are still talking about.
Went to the Macklemore show with my step daughter. Over all I thought it was a very entertaining show. My step daughter said "It was Awesome!!"" Only complaint is that the show started at 7:30 and Macklemore didn't come on till 9:30. Wish they started earlier and their show was a bit longer, but over all this was some excellent entertainment. Macklemore put on an entertaining show and showed great appreciation to his fans!!
The best concert I've ever been too! Overall it was an excellent venue and amazing stage performance.
They sound incredible live - exactly like their albums. Better! Great energy, and of course the songs are so original and obviously deeply meaningful to both Macklemore and Ryan Lewis - the product of struggle and suffering, like all great art, not empty, manufactured pop drivel.
After waiting in line for over an hour I was expecting a much better opening act than Shad. His rap style would have been entertaining if not for the insane amount of base that sounded like you were in a beater airplane with thin walls. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis were incredible and I would see them again in a heartbeat.
One of the best concerts I have been to. I took my 7 year old son, my 13 year old son and a 13 year old friend. Tickets were supposed to be for all ages, but the smoking of pot was overwhelming. I did not appreciate it. The swearing was also constant - kind of expected, but not appreciated. Overall though, the concert was a fabulous show and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis know what the people want and gave it their all!! It was so much fun for us. I was happy we stood in line for an hour to get into the general seating concert. The reason is that we were able to get great seats. We were lucky we did not have to stand on the floor. It would have been terrible for all of us. As it was we had to stand when Mscklemore came out because EVERYONE stood up.
Macklemore and Ryan Lewis were amazing!!! I loved the preformance.
