I have loved Queen for years. I watched Bohemian Rhapsody and the lead singer of this group, Marc, did the singing for the movie. He sounds so much like Freddy Mercury you will instantly get caught up in the moment and feel like you are watching Freddy. Marc has the moves along with the vocals! Go see for yourself, I think you will be thrilled as I was!

I didn’t know what to expect from Marc Martel and listening to him? You was totally shocked !!!! What an amazing voice and so proud that he’s a Canadian! He was the singer in the movie bohemian rhapsody ! Was he even mentioned at the beginning??? Shame on you Hollywood!!! We have in Canada one of the best musicians ever….of course Americans are too proud to know that!!

This is by far the best Queen tribute band that I have seen. Marc Martel looks and sounds like Freddy Mercury, and also has very similar moves. The lead guitarist sounds more like Brian May than any other guitarist that I've heard.

Great band and Marc Martel was superb. High energy and lots of fun.

Went to Marc Martel's Queen show on Saturday, September 28th, 2019 8pm at the Theatre du Casino Lac-Leamy. What a show it was! Marc Martel is an amazing singer and performer. The band was also excellent. Marc Martel knows how to get a crowd going. What a party this was. The people were into it, the songs and the music were epic, the atmosphere was incredible. Marc Martel sings and moves just like Freddy Mercury! This is a must see performance! Just fantastic!!

Marc Martel and his band lived up to their name "The Ultimate Queen Celebration". It was an energetic show and they played great versions of Queen hits. Marc really worked the enthusiastic audience well.

Fantastic voice, great sound, real pros! I really liked the fact they didn't try to dress and look like Queen. They just played their music. Marc Martel is a star!

Right from the moment that Marc hit the stage, he had us all dancing, singing, and totally in Queen-mode. He's a very high-energy entertainer. His band is excellent and Marc's singing is as close to Freddy Mercury's as anyone could possibly be. He played solidly all evening and I wished that the show never ended! We will definitely look forward to seeing him again. In fact, he has a tour in Germany coming up and we urged our family and friends there to get their tickets to Marc's show. Top-quality show, for sure!!

Marc Martel has a great voice with a unique timber that resembles that of the late Freddie Mercury. The concert was great with one caveat: the sound system. Excessive bass and digital enhancement of both instruments and microphones with too much reverb and echo. This may work in a massive stadium, but it certainly does not in a closed theater type environment.

Marc Martel and his band put on a fabulous show! He is an amazing entertainer with an incredible voice.

If you have never seen Queen in concert, this is the next best thing!

Marc and the band were utterly fantastic, the Queen songs were done like Freddy was singing them. The venue was small and that was nice, we could see the band better, but the acoustics were quite bad. Almost like the speakers could not handle the volume, or the sharpness was too much for the room to handle. There was a definite sound quality problem, that was not Marc's fault, but both the venue and Marc should be aware of for future shows.

Mark Martel is absolutely amazing. If you closed your eyes and just listened you would think you were listening to Queen with Freddie Mercury singing, but don't close your eyes as Mark is an excellent entertainer as well and you don't want to miss out on the whole experience.
