Mary Poppins (New York, NY) Tickets

Very good and would love to see it all over again. I hope this musical will come to Vancouver.

Seeing Mary Poppins has been on my bucket list for four years after watching a 20/20 programme on the show, and it definately lived up to the excitement. The unforgettable songs were beautifully performed and the sets, staging and "magic tricks" make Mary Poppins a must see.

I've seen the musical 3 times now...once in London and twice on Broadway. I have been a huge MP fan since the movie came out. The show definately lives up to my expectations set from the movie. The only issue I had this time was that they have replaced the intensity of "Temper, Temper" with a more subdued song "Playing the Game". Even with this change it is an excellant show that I will continue to see every change I get.

Was a great show with lots of twists and turns. I wished that they did not have the witch as it added a morbid twist to the legendary tale and really changed it up. Also, Mary poppins did not wear her famous white dress and umbrella which was a trademark to her character. Other than that it was a great show!!!

I went with my 6 year old daughter to see this show and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Laura Michelle Kelly was sensational with a twinkle in her eye and perfect facial expressions. The scene changes kept things exciting and of course the music was wonderful with excellent performances by the children and Bert. I would highly recommend this musical.

We went in not knowing what to expect .... How do you take a loveable, wonderful movie like Mary Poppins and tranform it into a Broadway Play???? We were absolutely amazed at the set design, the costumes, the actors - everything was fantastic! And the story-line? It was similar enough to be "Mary Poppins", but different enough to be a loveable and wonderful play - able to endure on it's own merit. WE LOVED IT!!!!

Loved this show. Great for kids and adults, awesome songs and acting. A good show all around.

I would recommend to all ages. I went with my 16yr old daughter and of the three broadway shows we saw on our visit to New York, this was her favourite. The actors and actresses were very good, the stage was great.

We saw five shows this trip. MP was the best of the bunch. The script was well written, the choreography was terrific and the staging was wonderful. The performers were strong. We had a bit of trouble because, on occasion, there were enunciation problems and the sound mix seemed a bit off. We were at the front of the balcony and we had trouble making out some of the lyrics and dialogue but these were not serious enough problems to overshadow a terrific show. Special marks to the costume department. Wow ! If you have to pick only one show and you have already seen Lion King, this is the one to see.

My 3 boys, 11,8 and 4 were entralled with the show.......kids and adults of all ages will love this production - well done!!

I had the opportunity to see Mary Poppins at the Amsterdam Theatre in New York last week. Mary Poppins was the first movie that I ever saw in a movie theatre (I guess that tells you my age) and to see it again but live was supercalifragalisticxpalidocious!

Mary Poppins met all my expectations and even exceeded some! The cast was perfect, the songs infectious, and the dancing spectacular!

MARY POPPINS WAS FANTASTIC!!! THE SINGING, THE LAUGHS, THE BACKDROPS & MORE.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The show was excellent. Great sets and lots of fun. The two kids in the show were outstanding with lots of energy and great to watch. All the cast did a great job and I love the theater.

It was fun, and the most amazing of all was the walking on the wall and ceiling

The set was great, the music was great. I was humming all the songs from the musical all night. It was a memorable night for my family and I would recommend Mary Poppins to everyone.

This performance will have you singing your way out of the theatre! 5 Stars! Bring home a Mary Poppins umbrella too!
