Matt Dusk Tickets

The show was great, the venue was good, and Matt was in his prme for the night. Awesome show, it makes up for the last one where Calgary was dead...

This was an unbelievable evening for us. Love his songs. Love his music. It's nice to see someone young keep those beautiful songs alive. Can't wait for the rest of Canada to discover his talent. Very nice he took the time after the show to meet with his fans and sign autographs and let us have our photo taken with him. Wish we could afford to have him sing at our upcoming wedding. Will be there whenever he's back.

Everything from the opening act to the encore was amazing. Matt Dusk is a talented singer, performer, and entertainer.

Matt sang most of his popular songs, as well as some requested... very good show. He even came back for an "I did it my way" encore. Unfortunately the duet he sang with the opening act lady was very monotone, would have liked a bit more harmony, and I would love to hear Matt sing some acapella, he has a great voice.

Most thoroughly enjoyable evening. Matt exudes an enthusiasm and genuine warmness towards his audience. He met up with his fans after his show, something he has been doing for a long time now, and this demonstrates a personalized touch from an appreciative performer. Keep up the great work Matt, and we'll keep coming back for more!! Just one note: 'Mack the Knife' is indeed one of my favourite classics. Perhaps a little more attention to singing it with gusto could be had next time. Felt like it was being 'glossed over' a little too much.

Excellent show! Matt is a charming and enthusiastic entertainer, with a great sense of humour. We sat in front row and could have listened to him all night long!

A true Canadian Talent who captivated the entire room

The floor seats were very uncomfortable. Too close together as well. We didn't know there was an opening act. The show didn't begin until 8:45pm when tickets stated 8pm. We felt we should have been made aware of this. Signing of the CDs area was too crowded.. should have been done in the VIP room.

We thought he was outstanding. Excellent show and quite a showman..

He is a personable and upbeat performer that really connects with his audience. The music was excellent and I couldn't help but smile the whole time. I would definately go again. P.S. Please fix the washrooms at The Great Hall.

To attend a Matt Dusk concert you really should close your eyes and you are instantly taken back to the days of Sinatra and the Brat Pack. It would be your loss though to have your eyes closed for a Matt Dusk concert because you feel his only purpose there is to please you the audience and you wouldn't want to miss a minute of what you are about to witness. Anna Wilson was an surprising and added bonus. Even with a persistent fan from the audience that just wouldn't give up he was alway the gentleman.....he puts the ewwww in croo(ewwww)ner!

I have seen Matt Dusk every chance i have gotten. He is a modern version of Frank Sinatra, etc. Not as glitzy or polished as Buble but to me that is better. Also he plays in smaller more intimate venues which make his shows much more personal and enjoyable.

Matt Dusk's performance at Hamilton Place was perfect! Great music and great fun. Matt really knows how to put on a great show. He is more than just a pretty face - he is a great voice and great personality. The meet-n-greet after the show was also great fun! A true entertainer, Matt never disappoints. Can't wait for the next tour!

I had never heard Matt's music before and to be honest, the only reason I went to the show was for the opening act (Theo Tams). Matt was really good though, very soulful voice!

We enjoyed the show with tapp'n toes and clapp'n hands and sing'n along with Matt. I didn't remember seeing anything about an intro show and was a little taken back with that. A couple in front of us actually left and didn't return. Perhaps Matt would consider joining other artists as duets for a song here and there?

This is a fantastic show and let me tell you the talent this young man has is incredible. I would reccommend this show to anyone who would like a great time or wanting to have a great night with someone special. The music makes you want to sing along and watching him perform was such a pleasure.....

A very upbeat entertaining performance with a good mix of song after song blended with friendly interaction with the Audience. Matt played the audience from left to right and linked the audience with the orchestra by featuring really active solo lead performances. The show was kicked off with some real upbeat on-fire performances. Matt Dusk has a powerful voice that is strong and smooth, a huge sound out of a kind of small package! The acoustics were very good. Matt Dusk has a very powerful voice. However, it seemed to me about 1/2 way through, the keyboard in particular got louder and as it is a dominant component in his orchestration it kind of overpowered everything and to me it became (overall) unpleasantly too loud, virtually to the point of distortion! (only in my ears, not the hall) I should have thought at that time to move back in the hall as further back likely would have been a bit mellower and better balanced but still good seats and I could have sat perfectly positioned for full stereo impact & balance as I could have sat right in the middle of the hall. Next time I'll figure that out before it's too late! His show was a little short - about an hour of Matt plus one ovation! Matt then made himself available for autographing his CD's after the show.

I have followed Matt's career more than three years.. and attended 19 concerts.. He is such a personable entertainer.. who always spends time with his fans after a concert.. something not many of them do. Hamilton Place is such a beautiful venue.. I would definitely return.
