Loved seeing the gimmies again and it was the first time seeing a show at History amd it was an amazing venue

  • Your favorite covers band cover band

by Old School on 2024-04-24History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Never saw them live before and they certainly did not disappoint. Only played a couple of songs that I had never heard of but the rest of the set left the crowd jumping and smiling for an hour and a half. The opening band Defiant lead by the former lead of the Mighty Mighty Bosstones was also very entertaining even though I did not know any of their songs. I have paid lots more money to see other acts and the Gimmie Gimmies at $50 was the best value for the money in years. The venue in Toronto was also a first for me and it was wonderful. Look forward to seeing more shows there.

  • Great show by a GREAT band !

by HardMike on 2024-04-23History - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

The Gimmes ROCKED ! The venue did NOT ! No tables or even shelves to put ice cold drinks on.... Tshirts too expensive at 50 and 55 dollars ! Beer too expensive at 14 bucks ! Poor Unspoiled Narly Kids

  • Maximum effort

by Markos on 2024-04-22History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Great show, Fun light-hearted but High high energy! Never in my life would I have expected a mosh pit for an ABBA cover, but it happened. Crowd was fun and energized, band did a great job keeping everyone up, you can tell these guys are veteran performers; knew when to keep things moving, when to pause and have a little fun, Great experience! Reasonable price for shirts too!

  • Ultimate Party Band

by Randy on 2024-04-22History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Such an amazing show! Entertaining full of energy!

  • Great venue, but...

by Christian on 2024-04-22History - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Great venue, but the cost of drinks and food was preposterous. $55 for 2 beers and 2 chewy ass pizza slices. Then nothing around after for food. (Which I get isn't History's problem)

  • Amazing! !! Again please

by Gimmemore on 2024-04-22History - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Wicked time, totally admire the gimmes, didn't disappoint, like they usually do!

  • Amazing!

Brought my son to his first concert, and they did not disappoint! He is currently heading off to college for music and, to see some legends on stage just got him that much more excited to begin his music career. Great venue, good prices, amazing show!
