    DFWTT

by Deugs on 2013-12-24Sound Academy - Toronto

This was my 4th time seeing Monster Truck this year and it was a blast! Even though I've seen them before, the show felt different as they had a greater light show, grander opening, and even extended a few songs which was a welcome change. The sound was great and I could hear everyone's part perfectly (I've found the vocals sometimes get lost live, but not this time) Overall, an amazing, high energy show that kept us rocking all night/

    Rock and Roll Redemption.

by Powerz on 2013-04-29Wax Night Club - Kitchener

Monster Truck is the GTA's fastest rising star. They stand apart due to their deference of Classic Rock. Consistent in the studio (only 2 EPs so far), and a beast live, Monster Truck has harnessed confidence in their live performances. The only time the show dips from their high energy enthusiasm is when they switch gears to soulful blues, and even then their hard edge maintains. Hard Rock with Classic Rock roots. First album 'Furiosity' hits shelves May 28. Touring with Alice in Chains this summer.
