Mother Mother are underrated musical geniuses

This is with respect to both live performance and songwriting (melody, harmonies, orchestration, lyricism....the whole shabang). Singer Ryan Guldemond is a true front man - he gave it 100% for 100% of show. And the same is also true for the rest of the band. Every song is memorable, and never monotonous. I only recently discovered Mother Mother, and never before have I become so familiar with a band/artist's repertoire in such a short period of time. These guys are absolute musical geniuses. I'm looking forward to going to every Mother Mother show I can in the future. Hannah Georgas, although a clearly talented songwriter, was a bit disappointing. For me this was because she does not possess the vocal 'punch' required to stand out over the deep electronic grooves. On the flip side, I imagine she would be incredible in a softer acoustic atmosphere....but that does not seem to be the realm where she wants her music to reside.
