by emjay on 2024-02-11The Centre in Vancouver - VancouverThe Ukrainian Ballet was extraordinary in it's performance alone, but moreso, considering they did 12 sections plus Finale for each performance through 19 cities with only a couple of breaks .....and basically every bit of it was done en Pointe !! My daughter and 2 grandaughters and I felt they ought to divest themselves of the "Night Before Christmas"section as it was unappealing, confusing and far too long. They could do better by not having it . That said, as we have all danced, and one still does, we appreciate how terribly gruelling this tour must have been for them.

It was snowing and looked like the dancers were in the snowy forest. You got involved with the scene and the story the dancers tell with their performance. The performance is a MUST SEE.
