National Bank Open – ATP Men's Tennis Tickets

The NBO ATP Men's event was well organized and a safe environment for all. I'm just grateful that Tennis Canada was able to host the event this year with fans. Thank you!

Even though we are experiencing hard times due to Covid19, your staff perform great effort to make things easier and more comfortable. It was my first tournament I have attended. If you want to reach anything like washrooms food or medical treatment, everything is rather easy to get. Thanks for the staff’s perfect efforts including everyone tournament’s director ball kids umpires camera operators etc. I feel super lucky to be a part of this organization.

NBO has done really well to space out the fans and still provide a very enjoyable experience! The mask policy in stadium was also done really well!

Maybe Monday was work out the kinks day but a few thoughts: 1- disorganized at entry; seems everyone was new and ticket entry was chaotic 2- was seated at Row A; went to concessions to get some drinks and was told that cash was not accepted; had to go back down 25 rows, get bank card, walk back up 25 rows, get drinks, and back down 25 rows----with 2 prosthetic knees it was not easy----avoidable if signs were posted "No Cash Accepted" 3- 3 scheduled matches during morning session but we were kicked out after 2 matches so stands could be cleaned for evening start of 7 pm----I didn't like that at all-----could have waited until 5.30 instead of 4.30 to remove us-----wouldn't have taken more than 30 min's to clean up----there weren't more than 500 people there 4- both of our tennis clubs have rented a boxes for years and were told that no boxes would be made available this year but on Monday there were 4+ boxes filled with people, sponsors' boxes---good visual!

Saw the legendary second set tie break between Tsitsipas and Umbert! It poured just before the match but the courts were dried very quickly and we were supplied with a towel to dry our seats. In seat food/drink service was excellent, too.

I appreciated the use of the NB Open app, which covered everything from tickets to parking to COVID protocols to match-day experience information. It made the process very efficient. My only concern was a slight lack of information regarding parking, which could have been improved (the HONK app sent me to an empty parking lot about a km away from the stadium - there was sufficient parking available much closer).
