Great tennis The noise at the venues is brutal The announcer is super annoying and the bad pop music blaring out of mediocre speakers is shally brutal. Also staff keep asking to see you tickets when you do for water or the loo. It’s like a police state.
It was an amazing weekend. World class players. Venue was super organized and full of options! Looking forward for the next year!
My friend and I were disappointed with the food court area. Only a few umbrella's on a few tables. In this heat, you should have a canopy over the whole earing area like the Mill Beer tent. We ended up at that tent because of the lack of shade and paid an obscene amount for a poor lunch. A total rip off for the fans!! Loved the event itself, That is the reason we were there; was to watch great tennis. Shame, the powers that be are pushing all the promo stuff they can and overcharging for everything. Unfortunately, a common practice at such events. We enjoyed the tennis. This has been our third time at this event. The general organization of the event has always been great, the overcharging and pushing of promo stuff is the reason for not giving a 5 star rating.
First time at a tennis game. It was a dream seeing Halep win. The whole experience with the sponsors and the match was amazing. Loved every moment, I will definitely go again next year!! :)
Group of 4 went to the day time semi final matches and had a great time. Excellent stadium and facilities and loads of off court entertainment.
Tennis was great. But the stadium announcer was a f'g goofball. Loud noisy and unnecessary. made the event fall to a 2/5 in my humble opinion also who's choice was it to play the music of the film The Exorcist before the women's semi final night match. Pretty inappropriate . Cut the dork on the mic, stop playing crappy pop music on the sound system (which also could use an overhaul-way too loud and speaker quality is brutal) tennis is a meditative viewing experience. Too bad it was completely ruined by some bad decision making. lastly, some dickhead with a badge kept asking to see my tickets when I went to get my kid some water. Completely unnecessary. It's not a Trump rally.
The tennis on offer was fantastic, got to see a singles and one doubles match also. Took time to check out the Canadian collegiate tournament in the backcourts also. I’ve always enjoyed meeting random tennis fans at this event so this year’s was no different.
Spent time in both Montreal and Toronto for this event and loved every moment of it. Athletes were accessible, competition was intense, and facilities were well kept!
Comparing to previous years it felt that it missed some better food, businesses. It misses pizazz.
I had great seats, just 2 rows from the courts. The tennis was excellent. The food and beverages throughout the facility (i.e., not just in the stadium) were all excellent. You could even have food and beverages served to you in your seat!
The tournament was good. The venue is a little tired but more than sufficient. Matches were great. Food at venue was good but overpriced as normal at these events. Main issue for me was I wanted to have something to say I had been there. All that was available was a tshirt. Not even any tennis Canada merchandise - you have to order that online. A missed opportunity there.
Pitbull was amazing. Lots of fun. I danced the whole time. I didn’t Enjoy Iggy Azalea at all.

Super polite volunteers and employees. Great tennis. Excellent venue. Great location. Parking big issue, as only location and 30 minutes walk from event site unless one wants to pay super expensive parking by tennis Canada. No places to buy hot tea!! Lots of alcohol stops but we are tea people and don't drink alcohol.
The volunteers offered us (two) seats at the lowest row of level 302 as I and my wife have difficulty going up the stairs to the higher rows. They were so fantastic, very accommodating.
Ordering through TICKETMASTER was effortless. If I had questions, they replied back within reason. I was worried about the GreenP parking since the Sobeys venue can hold 10K plus people. I worried for nothing. The walk was 15 or so minutes but they had volunteers along the way to guide you. The venue was laid out extremely well. Lots to do and plenty of places to eat. Expect higher pricing. lol. Plenty of washroom facilities and water stations to fill your water bottles. The Sobeys Stadium is a nice facility. Not a bad seat in the house for viewing. If you get seats on the players side you will have the sun at your back. I REALLY ENJOY this event and will be back again.
Venue was very good. Lots of food/drink outlets. Good views of tennis from all areas of stadium.
Overall it was an enjoyable evening. The food selection was great and the facility was clean and relatively well organized. My only constructive comment is regarding the parking. It was confusing for some of us who haven’t been there recently. I counted 4 of the 7 cars in front of me that had to turn around because they were entering the (unmarked or poorly marked) reserved parking section. Next year please create better signage or have attendants on the main road directing traffic.
Food choices for in seat service centre court need to be expanded very narrow and should encompass a large variety of vendors including all vendor on site
Stadium seating, sightlines etc were great. Was disappointed in the quality and variety of food and beverages. Food was low-end and boring with few options. Beverage choices especially beer and wine was pretty much awful. Hot, dog, pizza and organic beer. Wow.
