We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the National Bank Open (Toronto). Such an amazing atmosphere for tennis lovers and the sponsors did a great job with prizes, games, etc. My daughter was thrilled she was able to get up close to some of her favourite players and got their autographs/ pictures. We had so much fun we’ve vowed to buy tickets annually!
Along with the incredible tennis (which you would expect at this level), this is a great night out! They had numerous food options as you walk around the grounds, AND they had an app that allowed you to get food and drinks delivered to your seat. Each ticket gets you two games, so it’s worth the price. Parking was easy - which I was not expecting! All around, a great night and we plan to attend every year.
Better outside sitting areas, more food options, great volounteers (always), a good draw. The grounds were better laid out and utilized. I've been to a lot of tournaments around the world, and for the first time, this one measured up!
Very well organized, fantastic food available and top notch atmosphere.

The entire atmosphere for the tennis event is brilliant. The crowd is also well behaved for most part. Other band activations and fun games at the venue were a lot less than in previous years.
Great tournament but on sunny weather people sitting in front of you with their umbrellas , and you can't see anything . Absolute disgrace should Be forbidden. Tournaments website clearly states no umbrellas allowed but staff still doesn't interfere when people use them and everyone behind them Can't see anything . Disgrace
As always, a great tennis show is put on. Unfortunately, the nbo app wouldn’t load, the coffee bar ran out of coffee, and we mortgaged our house for two hot dogs, a sandwich and a glass of wine 😁 In spite of it all I’ll be back next year!!
This year they did a great job with the NBO. There was a great selection of food booths on the grounds, there was a lot of fun interactive activities to participate in and it didn’t feel crowded because each area was spread out keeping it wide open. I also like the electronic ticket system. It was easy to use and moved the lines quickly.
After the pandemic lockdown , it was so amazing to see even more shops, food kiosts, and various boosts .. overall impression and experience can be summed up as Well organized and Uplifting Spirit!
For $45 I was able to see world class tennis in an unbelievable atmosphere! Congratulations to Tennis Canada, staff and all the volunteers! Best fan experience in the city!

It was such an enjoyable event. The venue is very easy to access thru pioneer village plus u get to ride home free on ttc with your ticket. The entrance including security check moves well. The grounds are packed with activities such as shopping, eating, live music and players meet and greet. Lots of washrooms as well as water refilling stations to stay hydrated. In the stadium, any seat will give u a good view. Love that u can walk around the grounds so u can watch any match u want in any of the outside courts and any other players practicing. Overall, a very enjoyable and well organized event.
Everything was well set up. Through every line up in excellent time. Overpriced beverages as usual.
Why are you insisting that people have an internet presence and bar code to park (honk) and enter (internet on the go and bar code)? Why must one own a cell phone to participate? Scary people you are indeed! So absurd!
Fantastic venue with great views from everywhere. It was a historic night seeing the great Serena Williams for the last time in Toronto! Great tennis, terrific food and lots of activities to keep you busy in between matches. This is without a doubt a premier sporting event!
From finding accessible close parking to friendly outgoing volunteers, the entire tennis experience was top notch! Not only do you get to see and be up close, but you can catch all of the excitement in centre court and the smaller courts with such ease. Overall experience was fantastic and will certainly make this a new yearly event.
It was a good day at the tennis ..saw a great match off centre court .only issue is the sun! There is no shade and it is like sitting in an oven watching the matches ….wish there were more shaded areas .Centre court has no shade ..only the VIP section has shade …..too hot for me!

Food prices are exorbitant. I cannot believe charging $8 for a bar of ice cream. Also there should be senior’s discounts for entrance and food.
