  • Great Nostalgia Show

by Milo on 2024-08-06River Rock Casino Resort - RichmondRating: 5 out of 5

While both Nazareth and The Headpins had different singers from the original bands, they both sounded great. According to the person I went with, Nazareth had a very "polished"and "professional"sound, and I would have to agree. It was a great show that brought back many memories of years gone by.

  • Headpins blah. Nazareth rocked

by Rockfan on 2024-08-06River Rock Casino Resort - RichmondRating: 5 out of 5

Nazareth was amazing and really brought it that night. Great sound and crowd interaction. I have never seen them before but definitely will again. Headpins sounded good but couldn’t stand the show. No crowd interaction and the only time the guitar player interacted was with their photographers. Their show wasn’t for the fans but more for the publicity from a photoshoot. Will not see them again. New singer sounded good though. Miss Darby Mills.

  • Great sound in an intimate venue

by TnD on 2024-08-05Great Canadian Casino Vancouver - CoquitlamRating: 5 out of 5

Really impressed with the vocal range and overall sound for a band that’s been cranking out the power rock for a long time. Not sure why they started with a lesser known ballad before letting loose with the anticipated Razzamanaz. Nice tight venue but still would have appreciated some close up video shots on the screens. Didn’t disappoint and reminded us of all their classic hits.

  • Razzamatazzed!

One of the greatest rock bands from the 1970’s… still putting on an amazing show! The lead singer has an awesome voice , high energy and engages the crowd! You can tell these guys love what they do.. and they appreciate their fans. Some fans came down to the floor to dance and rock with the band..what a great concert ! I will see them over and over again! Nazareth Rocks!🤟🏻 Vancouver loves you!

  • Finished strong, audio could use a tweak ;)

by nancyboyz on 2024-08-05Great Canadian Casino Vancouver - CoquitlamRating: 3 out of 5

With ALL the hits that Nazareth has over the decades, they could have swapped out at least 4 of them from their set list. The audio wasn't great in the Great Cdn Casino Theatre but it didn't seem to bother The Headpins who we would have LOved to have heard all night! Nazareth did end strong with This Flight Tonight leaving many of us happily entrenched in our grade 8 dance memories.

  • Cover band at best.

by Zincker on 2024-08-05Great Canadian Casino Vancouver - CoquitlamRating: 3 out of 5

We thought the Headpins were the stars of the night. The Nazareth band was more like a tribute band then original Nazareth. The lead guitar was to loud and over powered the vocals.

  • Good ole band

They were good, engaged the audience and with their catalog and music rocked on throughout the night!

I was surprised. I did not realize there was only one original member. But the new members did a very good job it was an awesome show

  • Blast from the past

by Kid on 2024-07-29Club Regent Event Centre - WinnipegRating: 4 out of 5

The Nazareth concert itself was great. Remembering all the old songs of my late teens was awesome as well. The line up for the concert merchandise was way too long with only one seller. They need to have at least two lines to make the sales go much faster.

  • It was a good show

by Grant on 2024-07-29Club Regent Event Centre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

It was a SOLD OUT crowd, the venue was great, and the show was excellent.

  • Nazareth and Headpins at the Grey Eagle

This was a fabulous concert! Both bands really nailed it and the new singer Rosa L for Headpins is amazing. Fantastic sound for both bands I would highly recommend seeing this show

  • Great Old School Rock Concert

by Pman on 2022-08-23Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was great All the bands reminded me of how concerts used to be. Simple straight forward tock and roll. Venue was great. We were in the VIP section which was worth the upgrade price. Only improvement would be to have VIP seats for all people who bought tickets. We were early and got chairs. Late comers had to sit in steps

  • Local bands stole the show!

by lumeux on 2022-08-23Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 4 out of 5

If you are asking about the music, The Pumps and Streetheart stole the show. If you are asking about the venue, need more food trucks and washrooms. And cheaper beer. More info on the website as well. There was a huge lineup at the South entrance and when we got it we noticed nobody at the North entrance. Was this just for VIPs? Awesome set up otherwise.

  • Great venue and wonderful outdoor show

by Matthew on 2022-08-23Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 4 out of 5

All four bands were at the top of their game. And it was nice to finally see the outdoor version of these shows, after attending 2 last year that were moved inside due to weather. A very well organized event and I saw no problems. It was an experienced crowd and they [we] were very well-behaved. Looking forward to more shows like this next summer.

  • Concert good….. toilet facilities terrible

by Joe on 2022-08-22Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 3 out of 5

The concert was great. The TOILET facilities were bad. You need more portable toilets period’.
