  • Awesome bands! Awesome show

    by Bugsy2309 on 2022-08-22Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

Music sounded great! Weather was awesome! Food was awesome! Not much more to say. Would love to see more of the nights geared around the 70s and 80s rock :)

  • Best experience in forever

by Ethal on 2022-08-22Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

Right from the moment we got to the block party the vibe was awesome! Every band was an amazing experience. Bring me back to my young days ! Nazareth played everything i love and remember! It was unbelievable and a perfect ending to a perfect night !

  • Not Great

by dancamnic on 2022-08-22Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 2 out of 5

The overall experience was good, however the bands that played lacked the authentic permanence I was expecting. Having 3 bands with only a couple founding members left.. Leaves them not sounding or performing up to the standards I heard all these groups had back when they all had original members. If ticket master wants your time to be memorable especially for a concert billed as classic night bring in bands that have more than one or two founding members.

  • Awesome

Loved all 3 bands. It’s not the same without all 3 of the original singers…but they put on a great show!! Bring them back!!!!

  • Nazareth meh

by Vette Girl on 2022-08-22Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 1 out of 5

Well, I really wanted to like them. I love music, live bands, and all the energy! However the lead singer , as charismatic as he is, really can’t sing Nazareth songs worth a shit! He sounds like he should front for Queensryche not Nazareth. It’s like Bruce Dickinson and Bon Scott had an out of tune baby. 🥴

  • Old & tired

    by Julie195 on 2022-08-22Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 1 out of 5

Headpins & Streetheart were far better. Nazareth needs to hang it up - too many long fillers, no energy. Disappointing.

  • Nazareth Block Party

by BuntingBird on 2022-08-22Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 4 out of 5

Great venue, centrally located. Lots of dancing space and meeting areas. Nice food and liquor options. More washrooms needed as the evening went on.

  • Blast from the past

by BlackiceB on 2022-08-15Grey Eagle Event Centre - CalgaryRating: 4 out of 5

Thoroughly enjoyed going back in time! The Grey Eagle were fantastic hosts for our evening! Will definitely be back!

  • Not what we paid for! Disappointing! Left show early!

by Abby on 2022-08-15Grey Eagle Event Centre - CalgaryRating: 1 out of 5

The Headpins were awesome! We had seats front and centre to see the show perfectly. Once Nazareth started the lead singer told everyone to join up front of the stage. There went our viewpoint that we paid for as there were rows and rows of people crowded in front of the stage. So not only could we not see the stage, the show was soooo loud that we just left after a few songs! Grey Eagle shouldn’t have permitted anyone to stand in the front, blocking everyone’s view.

  • Nazareth/the Headpins

HeadPins were an amazing band from the vocals to the guitar solos to the stage presence .. I think Nazareth fell short most people’s expectations didn’t play a lot of their top hits especially holiday could go without the 15 minute guitar solos and have more Songs I don’t think the new lead singer is a good fit his vocals are too high and don’t have that Rusty old voice like the original lead singer

  • Nazareth was great but headliner was bad

by Deb on 2022-08-15Grey Eagle Event Centre - CalgaryRating: 4 out of 5

Loved the show but Headpins were too loud and not very good at all

  • Not worth seeing

by Tiana on 2022-08-15Grey Eagle Event Centre - CalgaryRating: 2 out of 5

Saw Nazareth in Calgary with Headpins. Headpins rocked it, the new singer has a killer voice!! Nazareth on the other hand....disappointing. The singer doesn't fit the band at all. He doesn't have a bad voice, he just doesn't compare

  • Decent experience not what expected

by MasonL on 2022-08-15Grey Eagle Event Centre - CalgaryRating: 1 out of 5

The opening head pins band were way too loud in such a small venue space and Nazareth sang good but were none of the original singers, not actually really nazareth? Tribute band more like...

  • Ok

by ikefyre on 2018-08-31London Music Hall - LONDONRating: 3 out of 5

They were technically ok but I was disappointed that only the bass player was an original member.
