NEEDTOBREATHE have spent over two decades developing a unique sound that blends elements of rock, country and Christian music. The South Carolina band was formed in 1998 by brothers Bear and Bo Rinehart. They expanded the outfit into a quartet and released a string of independent projects before debuting their first major label effort, Daylight, in 2006. NEEDTOBREATHE’s sophomore album The Heat (2007) marked the group’s first placement on the Billboard 200 and earned the group their first No. 1 on the Christian Airplay chart with the single, “Washed by the Water.” Their 2009 follow-up The Outsiders elevated the band, reaching gold certification from the RIAA, while 2011’s The Reckoning marked more crossover success after notching their first No. 1 on the Top Rock Albums chart. With 2014’s Rivers in the Wasteland, NEEDTOBREATHE broke into the Hot 100 thanks to the Gavin DeGraw collaborative song “Brother.” The single “Multiplied” led to the band’s first Grammy nomination for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song. NEEDTOBREATHE reached a career peak at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 2016’s Hard Love. In 2020, the group announced the departure of Bo Rinehart and have since released three studio albums as a quintet with Bear, Seth Bolt, Josh Lovelace, Randall Harris and Tyler Burkum.

Great band, good to get out and hear great music again
Such an intimate atmosphere and great set list. Every time I see them they just keep getting better.
After seeing them !!! … I needtobreathe again!! They absolutely took my breathe away . I’ve seen them several times .. but nothing hits like an acoustic show . I can’t recover.
Awesome concert! Up close and personal with an amazing band that has such a gift and extrodainaire talent
The band really connects with the audience. The was sounds fantastic as always at the Burton Cummings.
amazing performance, ability, bear sings no excuses/ house of the rising sun just like he does on the live record, goosebumps
Amazing musicians! What a treat, can’t wait to see again!
You will never regret seeing Needtobreathe. They are incredible to see live, each time their set is unique, and I was particualry impressed with their lighting design this tour. Johnnyswim is incredible - and their chemistry in their vocals is INCREDIBLE to hear live.
I thought I was attending a Christian worship concert. NeedtoBreathe has a few really good songs on Praise FM radio and I struggled to find them in the song list of heavy country rock. The first half of their set was flashing strobes and horrible red neon lights that would flash and pierce through your brain. I wasn't the only one forced to look down and away for much of the first 1 1/2 hours as it was simply over bearing. Thankfully the second half of their set was a quieter tone and the songs the audience recognized came through (minus the piercing strobes).
seen the band 3 times, This was the best. The light show was amazing and the band was super tight
Amazing concert and the band was incredible loved the vibe they sound just as good live as they do on the albums
I love this band! So happy I was finally able to see them live. They give it their all every time
I’ve seen Needtobreathe 6 times now and they never fail to impress. Great vocals and charisma.
Amazing line up of acts, awesome venue, great show!
Had a great time. Good seating, friendly environment.
NTB was great. Thankfully they played a lot of their older stuff. Finished off with my favourite (Drive all Night). Only song that was missing was Carolina. Great sound although it wasn't quite loud enough at the back. Wish they played longer - only 1 1/2 hours. Opening act played about that long.
This was such an amazing concert! I don’t know how but NEEDTOBREATHE seems to top they’re last performance every single time. The set list was literally perfect and the set design was super cool and entertaining.
amazing band! enjoyed the show so much that I want to go back! would recommend this to anyone!
This was my first time seeing NEEDTOBREATHE live. It was amazing. These guys are soooo worth seeing live! It was a gorgeous, warm night at the lakeshore - perfect weather for an outdoor concert.
These guys put on an amazing rock show! Fun and interactive. great harmonies. Front man was sick but still gave his all for the crowd. If you come because they have vaguely Christian lyrics in a few songs, don't expect anything spiritual about the show- my mistake
