Let's be honest, Neil Sedaka is not a young man anymore! But his voice and piano playing skills seem to be stuck in a "time warp". He can still sing all his old hits like he used to as a young man. Neil also managed to let the audience in on his life's work with many stories about his career writing over 500 songs.
Neil Sedaka is a fantastic entertainer with loads of musical talent! His superb piano skills and smooth singing of his musical pieces is a joy to hear and see! He still has the sparkle of his youth in both his music and mannerism despite being a well seasoned musician. I have seen and heard him three times at Rama and he keeps me coming back with his great music and style!
Humorous,playful,sentimental...incredible voice and the piano....amazing. Truly a unique talent.
One of my favourite artists from my teenage years. He certainly has the same star quality now that he had then. Almost two hours of non stop music. So much fun to hear the old hits and the new songs he has written. Loved every minute of the show.
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole show. Neil Sedaka and his band were easy to listen to and Mr. Sedaka is so humble it was a pleasure to watch.
Loved the songs but I disliked the format of the show. Serdake performed what I would call a tribute to himself. Me., I was the greatest and could be still.
I enjoyed Neil Sedaka's performance at Casino Rama. Despite age and not the best physical shape, the voice sounds great; music and especially lyrics are unforgettable; some songs are masterpieces.
I took my mom to see the show and couldn't believe how great Neil performed! His voice is amazing and his music and new songs touched our soul in every possible way!
have not seen Neil Sedaka for a long time but he is a true showman! his old & new songs sent chills up my back! a gentleman who gave his all & the audience appreciated his talent. the backup musicians were fantastic! 3 encores were greatly appreciated. we coulodn't get enough of him

What a guy, he is 73 and can still hit all the notes, trip a bit of the light fantastic (a little scary though after you see him walk) a little fearful he might break something but...He sang all his top hits plus a couple of new songs "You" a great wedding song and another I could not remember but sounded like the divorce song that should be part of a Broadway Musical. He started with my favorite song "Bad Blood" played a great classical piece - who knew! - and came back for two encores.
The show was good. The time was not. it was about twenty minutes of flicks on the large screen, before he came on. The show was all of one hour tops. It was expensive for the little we got to hear and see.

I really enjoyed this show. Neil is a real showman. Very talented and appreciates his audience. This show sure brought back a lot of great memories from the 50s and 60s. I was a teenager in the sixties and grew up with his music.
Neil Sedaka continues to exhibit his writing genius and his warm personality and Liberace fingers on the piano made it a very memorable evening!
This incredable energy filled man. brought us back to the good old days. Neil Sedaka had the whole crowd in the palm of his hand. and he continued to play hit after hit without stop. He even performed atleast two of his very latest creations. which were deeply meaningful and right up to date. Although a world famous superstar, this gentleman had boundless humility. and he thanked the audience after each and every song. He told about the history of almost every song he played. and really let us in... to understand some of his thinking. and of his personal life. I would actually have rated the whole show a four and a half.
I saw Neil live at the CNE over thirty years ago, it was an unforgettable performance then and still is. I was not disappointed, his voice is as strong as it ever was. I loved the show.
Neil Sedaka is a wonderful performer. He interacts with his audience playing both old favourites and new compositions. Watching him perform live is an inspiring experience as the audience not only gets to watch him perform songs that he is known for, but songs that he has composed that have been made famous by other musicians. When he played Chopin flawlessly it spoke of his versatility.
I will come and see him as often as you have him. He provides real entertainment and not just noise. You can actually hear the words he is singing, I guess I'm getting old and noise does not appeal to me anymore
WOW who new he wrote all those songs, not just for himself, but for other well known singers as well. One of the best concerts I've been to in a long time. Will definitely go and see him again............Keith & Lyn.
