This musical was just okay, it did not live up to Wicked or the Lion King but still entertaining. Costumes were a poor effort, you could not even tell the teapot was a teapot. could use some improvements all round. Actors did a good job except the candle which was a little risque with all the children there.
It is totally a spectacular stage production! A must see!
The show was amazing my daughter and I went and we both loved it. Everybody was amazing I really enjoyed watching Gaston even tho he is the villain his facial expressions were awesome. My daughters favorite was lumiere. The whole entire cast was fantastic.
Loved it! It had been years since I saw the movie but it was just as good or better than I remembered. Acting was great, singing was perfect. Sets and costumes were beautiful. No complaints here! Not often I say this but I would watch it again.
The cast was incredible! Have seen it twice and would go see it again.
That was an awesome Broadway show!! I went with my parents and we all loved it!! The acting and singing were amazing!! I would totally go see them again next year!!
This was an absolutely fantastic rendering of DISNEY's Beauty and the Beast, identical in many ways, but with a few added songs and some differences to make it humorous and light hearted. Great for the kids, but wouldn't expect critical acclaim. The actors/singers were spot on, hitting all the right notes. (Side note, I missed the first 10 minutes because of a ticketmaster screw up and who ever had the same tickets taking our seats was rather unfortunate and almost ruined our evening.)
The cast portrayed their roles beautifully. I loved every minute!
As always, Beauty and the Beast was a beautiful production. Sets, costumes, music and dance numbers were wonderful. This story will always stand the test of time. I hope it comes back again soon!

Absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend seeing it. The show had a bit of everything - excellent music, choreography, acting, comedy. It was just brilliant. Definitely worth the price paid and would definitely go again. Can`t wait to see Lion King on broadway!
Incredible performance by the actors especially Gaston and Lemiere. The set quality was fantastic. A very high quality production.
I'm not sure if it was me, but I think the sounds are a little bit low. But the overall performance was really great! I enjoyed it!
This Disney musical is a treat for all ages! The costumes were incredible, the dialogue was enjoyable and the cast was excellent. The characters have a keen ability to transfix the audience and pull them into their fantasy world. Gaston, Lefu and Lumiere are hilarious, at times, it is almost as if they're adlibbing. The show stopping number was "Be Our Guest" a visual masterpiece. You won't be sorry, I wasn't and my seats were in the second balcony! Five stars!!!
Myself, my mother and my daughter attended the Saturday February 14 matinee show of Beauty and the Beast. We were in the third balcony and could see the stage just fine. The only problem was, that during the first 1/2 of the show, we could hardly hear any of the character monologues. When they sang, we could make out the words and the voices carried, but when they were speaking, it was a strain, at best, to make out what they were saying. It may have been due to the pit orchestra being too loud, or, and most likely, that the actors should have been miced or the auditorium speaker volume turned up so the voices could be heard over all of the restless people, the coughing, the crying and talking children. This should be taken into account when there is a kid-friendly show, as they are not a silent and sitting still captive audience. By the second half, it seemed better. Or, maybe I was used to straining to hear the dialogue? The costumes and dance numbers were wonderful and the characters sounded surprisingly like the original characters. I wondered how they would get Chip involved and the tea cart was a great idea. Overall, we enjoyed the show.
I enjoyed the Beauty and the Beast very much. The costumes were very colurful. We went to the afternoon performance so there were a lot of kids so it was hard to hear occasionally. It was more humorous than I thought. Nice special effects .
My boyfriend and I attended this show on the evening of Valentines Day, and it was a perfect date night event. Beautiful story, beautiful performances.
We thoroughly enjoyed the performance! It was great! Lots of little girls dressed up their "Belle" costumes. I loved the special effects.
My husband and I took our five grandchildren, our three daughters, one daughter-in-law and one son-in-law to the performance. Our 9 year old granddaughter, 12 year old grandson, 13 year old grandson, 15 year old granddaughter and 16 year old grandson, as well as all of the adults absolutely loved the performance!!
