Thought event was okay but way over priced. The area across the street was horribly set up and was impossible to get access to drinks. Cool experience but not for the price especially when your team puts in the effort they did that day .
The atmosphere was awesome. Line ups took way too long for food and some places ran out of things fast. The screens setup gave a good shot of anything you wanted to see close up. Having this event in Winnipeg was great. I think people from Winnipeg are the nicest people in the country and I've lived in almost every province. At the start of the even it was a bit chaotic, but at the end it was smooth sailing to get away. They had a lot of free buses going all over the city. The second day game was delayed by an hour and a half because of ice conditions. This gave people more time to drink and buy 50/50 tickets, I'm sure they planned that...lol. Edmonton and Winnipeg are both starting to have good teams and it's about time! I'm happy those are the two teams I had the chance to watch play. It was so great to see all the old timers on the ice on day one.

I bought tickets for my dad, my brother and I. Even though I only knew a couple players I enjoyed it very much. My dad enjoyed it 100% because he loved seeing the All Stars from when he was younger. The point is whether you know them or not its a whole lotta fun!! There was a magic show and everything. They also had a skills competion. The final score was 9-8 for the All Stars. Come out and see it and bring your family. Loads of fun!!! =)
really enjoyed it but was really surprised by how much my 8 year old son enjoyed seeing the guys i grew up watching play
Hat's off to the NHL greats who continue to showcase their skills and entertain fans that have watched them over many years. Very nostalgic and truly a fun evening out; looking forward to the next one!!!
