About

Nine Inch Nails are a progressive, Grammy-winning industrial rock band composed of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. Formed in Cleveland, Ohio as a solo project for singer, songwriter and producer Trent Reznor in 1988, Nine Inch Nails have released 11 studio albums, six EPs and three remix albums, starting with 1989’s Pretty Hate Machine and breakout debut singles “Down In It” and “Head Like a Hole.” For 1992’s Broken EP, NIN reached No. 7 on the Billboard 200 while its standout record “Wish” won the Grammy for Best Metal Performance. In the midst of hitting No. 2 and No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for 1994’s The Downward Spiral and 1999’s The Fragile, respectively, NIN released Hot 100-charting singles “Closer” and “The Perfect Drug” and earned a second Best Metal Performance Grammy at the 1996 ceremony for “Happiness in Slavery.” Nine Inch Nails went on hiatus until the 2005 chart-topper With Teeth, then hit the Hot 100 again with singles “The Hand That Feeds” and “Only,” and later with “Survivalism" from their 2007 follow-up Year Zero. Longtime collaborator and English producer Atticus Ross became an official member of NIN in 2016, established with a trilogy of releases culminating in 2018’s Bad Witch. As composers, the duo have earned two Academy Awards, two Grammys and one Emmy. In 2020, Nine Inch Nails were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. NIN also composed the score for the 2025 film Tron: Ares.

Amazing fantastical show. Visuals were next level. The music was flawless but with a new sound too. So very well done. Just go to see them and anything Trent does, he’s really so good.

  • Wild, Remarkable , Dope

by Naz on 2025-08-13Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Sunday night was dope!!! Truly remarkable!! This was what the NIN concert days looked like, Fkn chaos covered in sweat 🧨 We loved it, it was amazing. Thats also how we got to know Boysnoize. They should come again and again. Trent Reznor is a straight up genius. His lyrics, his writing, production, art direction, cinema scoring. He creates such beautiful and haunting music, really capturing parts of the psyche and soul that I resonate so heavily with. Nin is unequivocally my all time favourite artists The only problem was that the sound wasn't spread evenly. This wasn't the band's fault; the music engineers didn't distribute the sound very well to distant locations.

  • First NIN show, ever!

    by Nabil B on 2025-08-13Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Staff were awesome and offered me help before I even entered the building.. I presently walk with a cane, going through rehab. They pointed out the locations of the handicap bathroom, and told me to just ask for help if there's anything I need. Show was fantastic.. hooked from beginning to the end. My first time seeing NIN, and if they make their way back here again, I will definitely try to go!

  • Trent is the most talented individual alive

  • Doesn’t get better then NIN

by Lashauna on 2025-08-13Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Second time I got to see them. Traveled from out of province, and worth every dollar. NIN is my favourite band and nothing beats their shows and visual effects hands down.

  • All-time top-tier performance

by Richard on 2025-08-13Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Nine Inch Nails fan for 25 years - second time seeing them live. This show was absolutely amazing in all aspects. The setlist, the production, the performance--everything was top-tier from Reznor and the band. They played songs from almost every album, and the piano/remixes on the B-stage were really cool to experience. Having Josh Freeze back on the drums was spectacular, he absolutely crushed it during The Perfect Drug and other songs that lean heavily on the drums. Robin Finck remains a lynchpin for the live performance. Alessandro Cortini and Atticus Ross add so much to the shows as well. Lastly, Trent Reznor--he's not lost a step at all, and to be performing these songs with this level of intensity and passion at this stage of his career is remarkable. If you have the opportunity to see NIN on this tour, do it.

  • Best!

by CalgaryRichard on 2025-08-13Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

My first time in Rogers Arena. What a beautiful building. NIИ were excellent live. Top 5 all time concert. Would recommend. Great venue and great show.

  • Great show, seats not as mapped

by Kyle on 2025-08-13Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Chose seats front of row floor seating. Showed up to venue was actually last row of section. Chose seats based on map to allow for easy access. Showed up and had to get up frequently to allow others in row to get in or out. Show itself was amazing, seating could have been better reflected in ticket map.

  • NIN Brings it

NIN, my favorite band. Trent brings it every show, true performer, great f**king music!!

  • Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden were amazing

    by jasonipod2 on 2014-07-29Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

When I bought my ticket, I wasn't sure at first who would play last. When I found out Nine Inch Nails would play last, I was very happy. I love both NIN and Soundgarden, but would prefer NIN to play last to save the best for last. And they did. Before the show, my expectations for Soundgarden were low because I saw them at Sound Academy last year and played for 2 hours and 30 minutes and 28 songs. Seeing this is a co-headlining tour, I was expecting Soundgarden to play a lot less longer. When I saw them in concert at Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, they exceeded my expectations. Soundgarden took the stage at 7:40 PM and played a 14-song, 80-minute set. Setlist included six songs from Superunknown, A Thousand Days Before, the only song from King Animal and they finished their set with Beyond The Wheel. While the sound was a bit murky, I could hear Chris Cornell very well. He sounded overall great, especially at 50. Matt Chamberlain also proved to be a fantastic replacement for Matt Cameron, who is taking a break from Soundgarden to focus on Pearl Jam. Nine Inch Nails took the stage at 9:30 PM and played 18 songs throughout their 90-minute set. Show started with Copy of A with Trent coming on stage first, then Alessandro Cortini, followed by Ilan Rubin and last, but not least, Robin Finck. They played mostly their most famous songs such as Closer, March of The Pigs, Head Like A Hole as well as a few rarities and ended the show with Hurt. The production they used on this tour was very different to what NIN used during their Tension Tour last year and it was still impressive. This was the 5th time I saw NIN and each time I see them feels like a very different experience from the last. To conclude, this was the best co-headlining show I saw to date.

  • by SantogoldFan on 2014-02-18Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Show was amazing! Visually stimulating and they sounded great! This was my favourite NIN show to date.
