About

Nine Inch Nails are a progressive, Grammy-winning industrial rock band composed of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. Formed in Cleveland, Ohio as a solo project for singer, songwriter and producer Trent Reznor in 1988, Nine Inch Nails have released 11 studio albums, six EPs and three remix albums, starting with 1989’s Pretty Hate Machine and breakout debut singles “Down In It” and “Head Like a Hole.” For 1992’s Broken EP, NIN reached No. 7 on the Billboard 200 while its standout record “Wish” won the Grammy for Best Metal Performance. In the midst of hitting No. 2 and No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for 1994’s The Downward Spiral and 1999’s The Fragile, respectively, NIN released Hot 100-charting singles “Closer” and “The Perfect Drug” and earned a second Best Metal Performance Grammy at the 1996 ceremony for “Happiness in Slavery.” Nine Inch Nails went on hiatus until the 2005 chart-topper With Teeth, then hit the Hot 100 again with singles “The Hand That Feeds” and “Only,” and later with “Survivalism" from their 2007 follow-up Year Zero. Longtime collaborator and English producer Atticus Ross became an official member of NIN in 2016, established with a trilogy of releases culminating in 2018’s Bad Witch. As composers, the duo have earned two Academy Awards, two Grammys and one Emmy. In 2020, Nine Inch Nails were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. NIN also composed the score for the 2025 film Tron: Ares.

  • The concert was the perfect drug

by Renegaid on 2013-11-24Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was perfection. Perfect opening band, great stage setup, the band gave their all and the backup singers were terrific. Very 'great gig in the sky'.

An incredible experience. Went in with high expectations as I'd seen NIN 2x before, and they did not disappoint. The lights & graphics were worth the price alone. Trent Rezner...stay ageless and continue to put on the best show any band could muster!

My 4th time seeing NIN and it was my favourite so far :) The new album, Hesitation Marks is great and many songs were played. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear so many favourites from Pretty Hate Machine and The Fragile. A very well put together setlist :D The screens, visuals and lights were also fantastic! The opening band, Explosions in The Sky, were also great! Definitely enjoy instrumental bands.

  • Fulfilled my wildest expectations!!

Quality sound - as good as on the albums or better even! Amazing visual experience and Trent Reznor is a true professional!!!

  • Hard Rock at the Hard Rock!

by 89FLAMESFAN on 2013-11-19The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

A great venue to see a concert. This smaller atmosphere made for a good time. They had a totally different set list on Friday and Saturday nights. Great concert.

  • Wicked show!

Totally awesome show, so glad Trent and company returned to Toronto.

  • First NIN Concert

    by Canadiankid23 on 2013-10-18Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Great sound at the ACC even though we didn't get the greatest seats. I have been to a lot of concerts and this was one of my most expensive one to do date. With that saying I have never seen the stage NIN used before. Great light show and music, wasn't too heavy for my g/f and she enjoyed it as well for her first NIN concert.

  • Pure Awesomeness

by Rwilliams on 2013-10-17Barclays Center - BrooklynRating: 5 out of 5

Coming from Canada to visit New York city, seeing this concert was an amazing experience. The Barclays Center is a perfect spot for a concert, the sound quality was astounding. Nine inch nails put on a spectacular show between the songs chosen, the light show and intensity. I couldnt of asked for a better concert. Only downside is that I wish the opening band was a bit better.

  • Fantastic and entertaining

by Heinz on 2013-10-15Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Nine inch nails is one of those rare and special concerts that I was truly grateful to be apart of. The show was amazing and the sound and lights really brought out the essence of what a nine inch nails show is suppose to be. My brothers and friend loved it and can now say they experienced the great Trent Reznor and crew. I look forward to hopeful future shows to come.

6th time seeing them, Least favorite show. Good stage and lighting as expected from Trent, IMO not so great setlist. Copy of A was by far a disappointing opening song for me never got me into the show. To many songs I never wanted to see live, This was my first time for me not being in the pit, and i kept thinking sure glad im not cause i dont feel like standing for most of this(Not good for a NIN concert). Still had a great night out for a good price. this could very well be the last time I get to see them and wouldn't miss it.

  • It just keeps getting better

by littlelulu on 2013-10-10The Palace of Auburn Hills - Auburn HillsRating: 5 out of 5

This was the 5th time that I saw NIN and I swear that each tour just gets better than the last. Trent is an amazing artist and performs his heart out. This is a must see tour.

  • by jdunbar on 2013-10-08Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Always an exception show with Trent. Different members but still the same great show.

  • Trent is a genius! NIN blew my mind!

by MelNINfan on 2013-10-08Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I have never been to a better concert. The ingenious use of modern technology brought the audience member into a journey of musical enlightenment. I hope Trent continues to make music for many many years; each record he has produced has been fantastic and unique to all the others. I can't stop listening to Hesitation Marks.

  • NIN was GREAT

by Vagenos on 2013-10-07Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I took my 15 yr old daughter because she says today"s music sucks. Great music good crowd.

  • by Anonymous on 2013-10-07Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Loved nine inch nails! Great sound, great show! The seats weren't the best but still had a great time, Trent put on a great show.

  • Moments of greatness, but no flow

by RENRIT on 2013-10-07Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

This is my 7th time seeing NIN and this show reminded me of the "Lights in the Sky" tour, moments of high energy greatness followed by long stretches of songs that just are not what I want to see live, too long and drawn out. The show didn't seem to flow, not a good sign when you're checking the time during the show. Also not a fan of the screen in front of the band, I WANT to see the band when I go to a show. I was really psyched before the show, but left feeling "meh".

  • by Kyu905 on 2013-10-07Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 1 out of 5

This was the only concert I have ever walked out on.

  • NIN WERE AWESOME

    by chopper0012 on 2013-10-07Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

TRENT AND THE GUYS PUT ON AN AWESOME SHOW GOING FULL TILT FROM START TO FINISH THERE WAS NOT A BAD MOMENT THE WHOLE NIGHT EXCEPT THE SUPPORT GROUP WHO SUCKED THE BIG ONE.

  • NIN good, opening band bad

    by 1313 on 2013-10-07Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The opening band played for 45 minutes, and the sound never changed. It was the same thing for the whole set. BORING. NIN was NIN.
