About

Like so many other top-selling acts, OneRepublic’s path to success involved legendary producer Timbaland, whose 2007 remix of the band’s song “Apologize” reached No. 1 in 16 countries and catapulted them to instant fame. Since then, the band’s chorus-heavy, hip hop- influenced pop rock has earned them worldwide recognition and a string of successful singles. With their third studio album Native in 2013, the band achieved their first Top 10 on the Billboard 200 and scored one of their biggest hits to date, the anthemic “Counting Stars.” Their previous album, 2009’s Waking Up, achieved similar success with hit singles “Secrets” and “Good Life.” A consummate live act, the band are known for the eclectic range of covers they perform at their concerts, including “Umbrella” by Rihanna and “SexyBack” by Justin Timberlake.”

Amazing concert, so much energy in the room. They had us singing to some songs, a lot of audience participation which I love. Best concert I have seen in a long time. Love One Republic!

    OneRepublic live is mind-blowing!

by Anonymous on 2015-04-26Air Canada Centre - Toronto

WOW!!! I was completely blown away by their performance. This was the first time I saw OneRepublic live and it certainly won't be the last! I absolutely love this group and they certainly didn't disappoint in their live performance. Ryan Tedder is an absolute true talent, how he was able to belt out those crazy notes throughout the concert is beyond me. I look forward to the next time they come back to Toronto! Lights was an amazing opening act also!

it was my first concert and it was absolutely awesome!! I loved it so much, that I'm going again this year in the second of May in Vancouver because I'm currently in Canada. I think it'll be highlight of my stay here. I'm really looking forward to see these guys again, especially Ryan Tedder because his voice is live so much better than on the albums.!!!

WOW!!! If you think these guys sound great on record wait until you hear them live. I had very high expectations for this group and they still left me in awe. So excited to see them again here in Calgary.

    Friggin Amazing!!!

by ashes8387 on 2014-07-01Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - Toronto

I never really heard much about American Authors, they were good, but I didn't really care for them. The Script - even though I never really listened to their music, they were amazing! I became a fan that night, I didn't realize half the songs they sang I already heard on radio. Loved them - very interactive with the crowd which is great and always a bonus! When One Republic came on, I just loved them from beginning to end! Love all their songs, and they are awesome live. I heard sometimes that they suck live, but definitely not! They are awesome, and they are very interactive with the crowd also. I would recommend everyone to see them!

    You better believe I'm happy!

by Lidia on 2014-06-25Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - Toronto

American Authors opened the show with spiritual happiness. The Script cried and cried about something... I don't know. One Republic awed and amazed me on the voice and sound and can only get better with age.

Purchased lawn seats because I had never seen One Republic live before. Was not disappointed with the bands or the seats. Have never sat on lawn before and they were perfect for this occasion.

    One Republic was One Surprise!

by Roanna on 2014-06-25Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - Toronto

I went to this show for the two opening bands - American Authors and The Script. Both were great. American Authors super fun and exciting to see live. The Script- you expect them to be a lower keep band - as their music tends to be slower...but they are super energetic live. One Republic -I was going to for the friends we were going with. Surprisingly they were much better then I expected, and I knew a lot more songs than I thought I would (before the concert I really could've only named Apoloigize and Counting Stars) All in all they do put on a pretty good show

    Concert of the Summer!

by xmaria on 2014-06-23Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - Toronto

I waited at least two years to go to one of their concerts (bigbigbig fan), and I was able to grab some tickets! This concert was absolutely amazing, from the opening acts all the way to the stars of the show. They engaged the entire crowd, OneRepublic, The Script, and The American Authors sounded so much better live. Ryan of OneRepublic and Danny of The Script actually ran through the back rows. Even though I sat way at the back I had an amazing view and was able to see Danny and Ryan up close. This is definitely a concert for you if you love to dance, have a great time, and like to listen to some great music.

    One Republic was amazing.

by RepublicrockedPhoenix on 2010-07-16The Phoenix Concert Theatre - Toronto

Fantastic show. They sound amazing. Fantastic vocals and great musical background (the variety of instruments really complimented the vocals). The venue was great because it was small and intimate. Close to the band, enjoying the atmosphere. Will never go to a bigger venue again for a band. This is how rock bands should be heard. The band had an easy-going attitude and were fantastic with the audience.
