Great lineup, amazing sounding sound system. But there was way too many people for the size of the stages and for the amount of bathrooms. Took on average an hour and a half to wait in line and walk back home to the stage. If Osh wants this many people again they either need to relocate or figure out a way to expand their crowd areas.
Always a great time at Osheaga. Great artists and vibes. Loved it! Only complaint was the changed layout / excessive stairs this year
This festival was really well run. Good food, good drinks. I wish there were bigger headliners but the music was great. My only complaints were there should have been more water stations and there was no where to wash hands after the washroom. There could have been some sanitizing stations or the portable sinks.
I love the lineup, the distribution of the scenaries. One of my best experiences ever, however there must be better ways to exit not only the scenarios but the festival. In some moments I felt panic about it because it looked like nobody was moving. Also on Sunday I felt that the staff in charged on the areas were not 100% all the time so people was pushing againts others. Also, at the end of Saturday there was a huge line and everybody needed to go on circles just to entet the metro station. I’ve have been in other festivals, and exits have been more way easier.

Super 1ère expérience pour ma fille de 8 ans. Le départ vers le metro après Billie Eilish était Cepandant anxiogène. La foule qui passe en entenoir dans les tentes. Épouventablement mal fait pour sortir une foule de 90 000 personnes. Si les gens s’enerve, ça peut finir en panique générale. Pire encore, des enfants qui se font piétiner… il y a une femme qui est tombée dans les pomme en avant de nous. Pas rassurant. De la fin du show de Billie jusqu’a l’entrée du métro. Ça nous a prit 1h15 de temps. Svp revoir a ouvrir plus grande la sortie de la foule…!

Lineup was cool, and the artists really gave all they got on Saturday. Appreciated the additional toilets and food stands (compared to prior years). Here are the details I didn't appreciate though: 1) there weren't enough trash bins on the site and so, by the end of the day, there was trash everywhere...on the ground, in bathroom stalls, etc 2) the grassy space in front of the scenes that we could sit on was much smaller than last year, which made it more difficult to find a place to sit and relax 3) all of the artists' performance were back to back, which means we didn't have any time to go to the bathroom or to grab a bite in between shows Other than that it was fine, managed to have a nice day despite the aforementioned inconveniences

In general, I would say Osheaga 2023 was a let down from my previous experiences however the last Osheaga I went to in 2018 was also worse than previous Osheagas, notably the one in 2017 which I believe was the best I’ve been too since I’ve been attending in 2012. For 2023, the artist line up in general wasn’t very good although the headliners were. The organization was really bad, there was a general feeling of always walking into or in-between crowds of people to get anywhere. Entry to the site was very fast however. The stages were smaller. The Bell stage had pieces of equipment that blocked the left side of the stage. Most of the other stages had rock flooring or were a mud pit. The site did not look like an Osheaga festival.
Well organized, plenty of washrooms. No long line-ups for drinks. Overall great experience!!
I loved my first experience at Osheaga ( my first music festival ever ) the only thing that I didn't like as much was the amount of stairs between the green stage and the main one. Other than that , I had an amazing day and me and my friends plan to go next year !

Such an amazing weekend surrounded by the coolest people loving music together! Can’t wait to go back next year
PROS: -concert was amazing -water was handed out to us during the show -called for information prior to show and they were super helpful with my questions CONS: -took us forever to find parking. No signs on where to go so we just followed the massive 2 hour lineup of cars. Ended up on MacDonald street where we were finally able to locate some parking -hard time finding washrooms (and when we did, there was no toilet paper) -didn't see anywhere to fill up water bottles -lack of information (we had front stage access and had to access it from the gold/platinum area which I was not aware of as there were no signs)
Everything was insane!!! That was my first time going to Osheaga and this is the best thing I’ve experienced so far😭❤️.
Omg!!! I had the time of my life. Everything about the festival was amazing. The workers were very accommodating to allergies and special needs which was so helpful. The speakers and screens were prefect to see the artist performing from anywhere in the park. It was fantastic and I will definitely be there next year
J'adore Osheaga mais je trouvais que cette année le festival a montré ses limites en terme d'argent investi vs le nombre de personnes sur le site. Sincèrement quand le site est presque rempli a pleine capacité et que la scène de la montagne et de la rivière sont si petites pour accueillir des artistes comme Kendrick Lamar et Billie Eilish, avec des écrans minuscules pour le nombre de personnes présentes, on serait dus pour un upgrade, non? Je trouvais ça cool il y a 5 ans mais là il faudrait investir dans un set up un peu plus de la trampe de Lalapalooza ou autres gros festivals nord américains. Et aussi, la nouvelle configuration de site cette année n'était vraiment pas aussi bien que les années précédentes. Don't be cheap guys! 🙏
