Small field so seats provided good view of events. Full sun and no shade anywhere at the facilities.

Events were Canadian strong. Though viewing was limited was thrilling to be there. Would pay for better seats, fewer events, and preferably finals.

Everything was very good organize except seating part. We was expecting after paying more then a half year ahead beter place in the stadium. It will be better if there was one more big screen. Not expecting portable washrooms.

It was a pleasure to watch such skilled athletes complete in discus, hurdles, and pole vault. A tight race for the top spots. Heartbreaking to watch 0 points in discus for some. Great to see some of my former coaches and competitors from my high school and university days. A wonderful reunion in such a highly exciting venue.

We had daytime tickets for the Pan Am Athletics-Track and Field event. From the moment I printed out the tickets, to printing out the TTC information on how to get to York University, to the friendly bus drivers, the helpful and knowledgeable volunteers at the new and beautiful stadium to the athletes giving a 110% on a warm day, everything was perfect. Hats of to all the people who made this a very enjoyable day. Congratulations to all the athletes for the hours and hours of hard work, pain and sorrows.

Absolutely beautiful, exciting and fun. My husband and I had great time. The volunteers and all the staff were very friendly.

It was a great day!!! The venue seating was advantages for us on the back stretch. Parking was convenient and the volunteers were very helpful and friendly.

Thanks first to the weather! Excellent stadium and seating. The pan am track and field events were amazing to watch! If we all put even a small percentage of the money we put in Hockey (just one medal?) on track and field, not only we get a lot more out of it but many more Canadian kids would have opportunity to do well.

York Stadium could not handle this large of an event. Washrooms were row upon row of porta potties. To get a beer there was one Molaons concession near the entrance. Quite a long walk from the stadium and only one.There were only two food concessions and none inside the stadium. Remember the event started at 6pm. Everyone needed dinner and the line ups were ridiculous.

What an amazing evening! The air was both soft and at the same time electrified. We watched rising Canadian stars Andre De Grasse and Melissa Bishop win Gold in the 100m. and 800m., respectively, and Sarah Wells take silver in the 400 m. hurdles. We got to sing O Canada twice in one night! It was a treat to watch one great Canadian 800 m. Champion, Abby Hoffman, present Gold to the latest champ, Melissa. Seeing Damian Warner run away with the decathlon 400 m., we just knew there would be Gold for him, too, the next day. The crowd was fantastic, cheering every performance, regardless of the athlete's national affiliation. A really memorable night

We weren't sure what to expect but it was amazing!

Paid $120 for tickets when they first came on sale in the fall. Got to stadium and couldn't see the finish line for the track events because of the netting for the hammer throw. Also couldn't see high jump. thank goodness there were a few empty seats. We moved 4 times on the evening so that we could see, as people came in to take their seats. If they had stopped us from moving there would have been a war. In retrospect, it probably would have been better to wait and get tickets later so I could see where I would be sitting. Transport on GO from Bramalea was well organized and very efficient. I'd like to know how much ticketmaster made on the games? - $5 from every ticket!!

My daughter and I arrived early so we wouldn't miss any of the action and, what action! Two Canadian golds, one in the men's pole vault and the other in the women's javelin!

Was an amazing evening with many finals and all wrapped up with Canadian gold in the 100 m final. Canadian passion was proud and the enthusiasm in the stadium lifted the athletes and fans alike

The track and field events were well organized and great to watch. The facility was clean and the process of getting in and out of the event was very easy. The volunteers, security and police did a great and friendly job of moving people and cars. However, the concession were understaffed and ran out of food and drink. Better planning for the concessions would be helpful. People should not have to stand in line for 30 minutes for a drink, beer or a hot dog.

Canada's preparation fell short for me at the track events. No programmes were available and there were no daily heat sheets included. At most international track and field events small flags are usually placed on the field to let spectators know where the World, Canadian and Pan Am records are in relation to the athletes performance. The athletes were amazing and it was great to see so many wonderful performances.

The track events were very exciting! Canada won gold which was fantastic! Not crowded at all which was surprising. People volunteering were friendly but not organized. Food & beverages at concession stands were extremely overpriced and they did not have a few items on their menu available for purchase which was disappointing. Overall experience watching the events was awesome!
