Paul is a great guy, and perhaps missed a second career as a stand-up comedian. His band is very talented and the current Baby Raider has a fantastic voice. I didn't enjoy much of the show however, as a 90 minute show turned into about 60 minutes of joking around and 30 minutes of music.
The band played a few medleys and very few whole songs. They even used up much of their valuable 'playing' time doing covers of other 60's songs (Monkees, Buffalo Springfield, others) They also spent time demonstrating how well the lead singer did impressions of performers like Tom Jones, Frankie Valli, Elvis Presley and others. At least they played Louie Louie, Kicks, Hungry, Indian Reservation and Just Like Me, but few others.
I came to see a music show, not a comedy act.
I was only mildly disappointed though as the tickets were not overly expensive. Some humour is to be expected, but it should not dominate the show.
