    Excellent show

by cjCraig on 2011-03-28Casino Rama - Orillia

An excellent show. I liked their songs but this was totally not what i was expecting at a concert and I was very pleasantly surprised. Witty, funny and in touch with their audience. A wonderful selection of their hits and a superb rendition of Indian reservation. Should they return to Rama I will definitely go again.

Paul Revere back to the 60's

    by Joanne56 on 2011-03-28Casino Rama - Orillia

The beginning showing old film from Where the Action Is with Dick Clark, and then the band came out and started playing Just Like Me...which sounded fabulous. The lead singer had a beautiful voice, and though I was a Mark Lindsay fan, Darren Dowler was just as good, and twice as cute. Paul interacted with the audience quite a bit, and a funny guy, but there was a little too much chat, and not enough music. I understand their playlist was limited, so Paul does a lot of jokes and chatter, audience was really not interested in. The band played very well, "tight" and insynch, and loved all the songs.

    Paul revere was hugely entertaining

    by theirv1 on 2011-03-28Casino Rama - Orillia

Great show - lots of comedy throughout from Paul Revere who still has it all at age 73! Musicians are great - but especially their drummer who is truly outstanding. Only problem is how short the show was - barely over 1 hour. More would definately have been better.

    Rockin' Christmas Show

by AnnaGista on 2010-12-21Andy Williams Moon River Theater - Branson, MO

We saw 8 shows in Branson over the holiday season, the best of the best Branson has to offer, and nothing prepared us for, or came close to being as much fun as the Paul Revere & The Raiders Rockin' Christmas show. To be honest, we hadn't planned on seeing this show but we happened to see a billboard and had the time slot open so we decided to get tickets. What a fantastic surprise! Everyone from the ticket girls to the ushers assured us that we were in for a treat and they were right. This show was SO much fun and the music was fantastic!! We literally laughed until we cried. Their version of "I'll Be Home For Christmas" actually made us cry as well, but then we were back to laughing and dancing again in no time. When they played "Kicks" and "Hungry" we all screamed like teenagers! Good looking men in military uniforms, incredible performances and hysterical comedy - what more could a group of girls looking for fun in Branson ask for?? We HIGHLY recommend this show!!!

Fantastic Show by Paul Revere and The Raiders!!!

by Christy26 on 2010-12-02Mississippi Moon Bar - Diamond Jo Casino - Dubuque, IA

I went with my parents to this show (I'm 26 yrs old) and we had a blast from the minute they jumped onto the stage right up to the final encore! Never expected the show we witnessed. I've never seen anyone quite like Paul Revere before and really didn't know much about the band other than the songs my parents play around the house. He is hysterical and so full of energy, hard to believe he's my grandparent's age!! He's pretty good looking for a guy his age too ;-) The band was amazing, one of the best I've ever seen, and I've been to a lot of concerts. They played hard but smiled and had fun through the whole show. They looked like they really love Paul and were hearing the jokes for the first time along with us. We loved the Christmas songs, just really put us in the mood! We couldn't stop singing White Christmas like the little boy in Home Alone in the car on the way home. And Run Rudolph rocked!!!! What a great evening out with my folks, thanks Paul Revere and The Raiders, can't wait until you come back again!

Paul Revere and The Raiders Rock!!

by Hockey2011 on 2010-12-01Century Casino - Edmonton, AB Canada

You have GOT to see this show, and that's exactly what it is, a show. I expected to see one of my favorite bands of all time simply running down their hits with a little patter in between songs, didn't expect the high energy stage presence and HYSTERICAL comedy. Paul is a true original and in a class by himself. He's "double over" funny and made our group of baby boomers laugh at ourselves, and at the same time celebrate our good fortune for having been born in the 50s and raised in the 60s. The band was nothing short of brilliant. Dancing, costumes, great performances and vocals, dead-on impressions and all out energy!! The songs sounded unbelievable and the band played them note for note. Brought back incredible memories. Thanks guys! A great package of entertainment and worth every penny we paid, and then some. Hope they come back to Edmonton very, very soon.

    Paul Revere and The Raiders

by TonyAndPam on 2010-11-29Century Casino - Calgary & Edmonton

What an amazing show, we had the best time we ever had at a live show. So much so that we grabbed some friends and made the trek to Edmonton to see them again the next night. Couldn't get tickets for the sold out evening show but managed to get some last-minute for the afternoon show. Not great seats but we were happy. Paul is like a drug that makes you laugh. We laughed so hard and then laughed watching our friends laugh. The band is fantastic and the drummer is phenomenal. We spent much of time watching him, and his joy is infectious. Do not miss this show!!!!

Paul Revere is a consumate showman

by Crafty on 2010-11-27Century Casino - Edmonton

This concert delivered way more than expected. I had hoped that the "new boys" could make up for the loss of Mark Lindsay and that we would get a straight diet of classic Raiders. What we were about to discover was the magic that was Paul and how he has become the consumate showman. The Raiders are all wonderful musicians in their own right and the lead singer made us forget Mark Lindsay. I can imagine how much fun a cruise would be with these guys playing the main stage. Keep 'em coming.

Paul Revere is a fantastic showman!

    by Jane1 on 2010-11-27Century Casino - Edmonton

We thoroughly enjoyed the show. Besides reminiscing to all their hits, Paul Revere himself is a fantastic comedian.

    Incredible performance

by airchaos on 2010-11-27Century Casino - Edmonton

One of the best peformances I have seen in a long time. I grew up with 50, 60,s music, the real rock and roll music of the century. Paul Revere and the Raiders are truly great performers. Definitely would go to see their show again.

Paul Revere & The Raiders can still rock. There was lots of energy and Paul is quit an entertainer. I was as a little disappointed when he cut a couple of songs short and I could have done without the 6 or 7 Christmas carols. More singing and less talking would have been good as well.

    Paul Revere & the Raiders

by KathyC on 2010-11-26Century Casino Calgary - Calgary

Very entertaining! Paul was quite funny and used a few gadgets that he interacted with the small crowd that attended. The lead singer (Darren) is a cutie and has an awesome voice... - (he played guitar for the Backstreet Boys - back in the day, and was also a singer with The Lettermen).. We enjoyed the hour and a half very much - lots of laughter and good songs.

They've still got it after all these years!

by coco14 on 2010-11-26Century Casino Calgary - Calgary

It's been close to 20 years since I've seen PR&R. They were a favourite when I was living in Reno, Nevada. I love the fact that they still don't take themselves seriously and provide lots of laughter and great music! I would see them again and again. Rock on Paul!

    Great comedy!

by milkum on 2010-11-24Club Regent Casino - Winnipeg

I wasn't prepared for the comedy, but Paul was awesome. He could do some serious stuff at his age (73) and non-stop to boot. Honestly, I was a tad disappointed as I wanted to hear more of their music. Their music brought back a lot of memories and I just wanted to hear more. When they did play, the crowd was right into it! All in all, my wife and I still had a great evening. Well worth the $.

Paul Revere & The Raiders were awsome!

by Heatherinthepeg on 2010-11-24Club Regent Casino - Winnipeg

An excellent show. It brought back memories of my youth. They are great entertainers. Paul Revere is still very amusing and full of fun despite his age! It is nice that he can make fun of himself. The lead singer has a wonderful voice and range and the musicians were all most alented. My husband and I had blast! I would definetly see them again.

by Fan24 on 2010-11-24Club Regent Casino - Winnipeg

They had enough of the old music to remember their hits and great rapport with the older audience they now attract. A good mix of humor and music.

Paul Revere is a class act!

by Racoon on 2010-11-24Club Regent Casino - Winnipeg

My group enjoyed this concert very much. We loved hearing all the old hits and found the musicians to be very talented. The venue and acoutistics at Club Regent Casino were excellent. Although Paul Revere was very funny for the most part, we all thought that he could do a little less talking and a little more playing but we did like the intra-song dialogue overall.
