PAUL ZERDIN ON TOUR:
British comedian and master ventriloquist Paul Zerdin joked his way to a first-place finish on the 2015 season of America’s Got Talent, and now fans can catch his brilliant act in person. Zerdin’s sharp wit and amazing puppetry skills make for a side-splitting show full of wild characters, clever puns, and family-friendly wisecracks appropriate for fans of all ages. Whether he’s bringing hilarious puppets like bratty teen Sam or cranky old-timer Albert to life with his amazing ventriloquism skills, Zerdin does it all with seamless style and effortless ease, never missing a beat as he jumps from character to character. A veteran performer who has even made the Queen of England chuckle, Zerdin is a must-see for anyone who likes a good laugh.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
London-born Paul Zerdin caught the puppetry bug at an early age after being given a book on ventriloquism by legendary British comedian Ray Alan. During his teens he practiced throwing his voice in front of the mirror daily, eventually taking a job at a magic shop with an eye on becoming a children’s entertainer. At age 20 he landed a role as host of the Disney-produced show Rise and Shine, which paved the way for his first-place victory on Season 1 of reality TV competition The Big Big Talent Show. A string of high-profile gigs followed, including a performance for the British royal family. In 2015 he made a splash with stateside audiences as the winner of Season 10 of America’s Got Talent, a major victory that has fans dying to see him and his cast of characters on tour.
Loved it! It was hilarious and both piff and Paul put on a great show!
I was underwhelmed with the show. Was really looking forward to it. (Was a big fan of both during America's got talent). Very predictable...not like there smaller acts during the tv show.
This show was the ultimate for having a great time. Kept me laughing throughout the show. He is extremely talented and has expanded his act from AGT. I would recommend this show to everyone. The price of the show is worth it compared to other costs for things down in Vegas,
Last seasons America's Got Talent winner is a must see if you are in Vegas. Highly recommend this show. :)
Disappointed. Was expecting new material and for the most part his performance was a repeat of everything he did on America's Got Talent. Same characters, same jokes. Show was also very short. Started at 9:15 rather than 9 and we were leaving the theatre by 10:25.
Such a talented man. Was wondering what he would do for an over 19 audience - he did not disappoint!
We love American's Got Talent and watched totally mezmerized by Paul Zerdin when he performed. We were curious how he would manage a full show. His live show at Rama exceeded our expectations. He is brilliant, humble, totally funny and just so smart and his humour very clever. You can tell he loves what he does. A quick side note: Paul, you don't need the swearing or edgy comments. You are enough !! You are brilliant ! Keep is wholesome mate !
You often wonder how a few 90 second auditions (America's Got Talent), will convert into a full show, but make no mistake in the case of Paul Zerdin it converts very well. He has you from the beginning with a familiar look and feel, but so much more. If you wondered if you would like a full show, well wonder no more, because it was fun entertaining and was over faster than you hoped. The familiar puppets and some much grittier material really take it from the small screen to the big stage.
Laughed the whole time. Great show. Maybe he could come to Toronto next time.
A great performance done well by a gifted ventriloquist . He had the audience from the first baby noise .
