Top 3 concerts I have seen of all time! Non-stop from start to finish, not to mention the amazing vibe of the crowd! Glad to check them off my concert bucket list!

#rageagainstthemachine #toronto #scotiabankarena 07/23/2022 Yesterday I got to watch rage against the machine live, an experience 24 years in the making.  See I've been a fan longer then some of you have breathed life!since floppy disks & tape decks. Back then growing up in the global south was to be in the upside down world.  All of a sudden a decade of my dad's theories, principles & knowledge were made flesh.  You see in the 90s the citizenry of the north was still sheltered from the brutalities of capitalism, your government still gave a shit enough to keep the veil over your eyes while it fucked my people out in the daylight.  On that side of the border there was no such smoke show, the exploitation evident at every turn, and there were few places where a kid could turn to for solace. So the year was 96, the school was a colonial hell hole, and the resident dope heads, who happened to be cool with me, crossed me a tape.  I still remember the transparent plastic & the white font of the cassette.  There are no weak songs on that album, every rhyme kicks you in the teeth & straightens out your spine, forcing you to make historical connections, a violent call to action packed through music that grooves & slams so uniquely.  I've been living with these songs since the 90s, a lifetime. "We are rage against the machine from Los Angeles California" and that 1st Bombtrack lick set it off, What a fucking show! except it was more. In this age of imperialism & inflation, of misguided murder and out-in-the-open-corruption we need rage.  Their music shines a light on issues & inner workings that people are ready to hear now, in 2022 we dont have the privilege of being sheltered anymore, there be no shelter here! As the band ran through its anthems, the power of so many people united was felt & what a fucking feeling.

Unbelievably, epic!! Worth every penny. One of the best live shows I’ve ever seen and I’ve been going to shows for 30 years

By far the best concert I’ve ever been to! The sound was fantastic!

Rage put on an amazing show. But after a couple concerts at Scotia now I’m continually astounded by the ridiculous approach to customer ‘service’. As in how big a line and delay can we create for our customers? I ordered a water and had to sit there while they poured it for me, let alone what they did to people who dared to want a beer. It’s a pathetic example of how to manage a large venue. Fire the managers of this nonsense.

It was an epic night. Although Zach is injured, he certainly performed well. First time I have seen them live and they did not disappoint. You have bands that sound really good on record, but shitty live. RATM sounds really good on record, and EXCEPTIONALLY great live! I only have good words for the July 21 RATM concert in Toronto. When all the fans went out of the arena, i saw them with all smiles!! It's definitely one for the books!!

This show and NIN in 2008 are tied for the greatest I’ve ever seen in that building. Absolutely unreal!!!!

Best shows ever! My husband and I saw Rage against the machine 3 times this week and they did not disappoint! I waited 30 years to see them and we cant wait to see them again. Definitely the show of the year! Go see them!

Rage has been a bucket list for me for many years....The experience was insane, sound was on point, Run the Jewels was fun, instantly bought tickets for another show. 11/10 Seriously.

Rage put on an amazing show and had Scotia arena BANGIN! Every song was spectacular and had me dancing the whole concert. I have no complaints except that I wish the jumbo tron was on for fans who couldn’t view the screen behind the band. Forever a fan!

I have been waiting to see Rage since I was 8 years old. It was the best show I have ever been to. It honestly felt so surreal to see them live and it was so worth the wait. Loved every second!

Rage was legendary even with an injured Zack. So happy they didn't cancel, because I'm sure that couldn't have been easy to play through. The venue, FirstOntario Centre however, was THE WORST! We arrived well in time to see Run the Jewels and because of their lack of organization, there was a MASSIVE lineup (I have never seen a lineup this long in my life for a show) and we missed Run the Jewels. So disappointed and will probably avoid this venue in the future because of that.

Best concert ever! Amazing energy and power by the entire band. Sound was spot on with an incredible set list. Another bucket list band ticked off the list!
